Able to operate a forklift, reach truck and an electric pallet jack. Ensuring the proper functioning of all warehouse tools and equipment. Effectively communicates all shift issues to the appropriate parties. Execute coaching, counseling, disciplinary acts and corrective action for warehouse staff, where applicable. Track shift attendance and tardiness. Report accident and injuries, per company policy, to HR and Safety Manager. Maintains a clean and safe working environment. Computer Literate Supplemental Job Functions: Knowledge of the safety documentation processes for handling related warehousing activities. Should have excellent leadership and administration skills. Strong motivational skills and effectual team building capabilities. Ability to effectively manage time and resolve issues in a timely fashion. This includes full responsibility for ensuring proper documentation, carrier coordination, and regulatory compliance. You'll lead a seven-member warehouse team that is mostly Spanish-speaking only, requiring strong bilingual communication skills for effective leadership and training. This position works on-site daily and collaborates closely with production, quality, and transportation partners.
