Purpose Statement
The Warehouse Coordinator/Admin performs various administrative tasks including managing the process of inbound and outbound trucks and working as a key communications link with the warehouse. Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with housekeeping safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
* Adhere to GMP guidelines for personal practices regarding hygiene and cleanliness.
* Coordinating and reserving daily inbound and outbound truck schedules, work activities and accurately entering data into our Warehouse Management System.
* Receiving next-day shipping needs and pre-staging loads as required.
* Rearranging work assignments as required by truck schedule changes, production changes, work requirements or other issues.
* Recording materials received for finished goods shipped on the daily tally sheets.
* Accurately completing tally sheets and turning them in timely
* Accurately checking and signing off on team E-Time timecards for both shifts.
* Applies all GMPs and safety requirements, both personal hygiene and housekeeping, associated with these tasks.
* Identifies problems at his/her assigned work tasks on an on-going basis and determines if solution is within his/her training and knowledge; if so, corrects problem; if not or if not sure, communicates to appropriate person for solution.
* Develops and maintains a good working relationship with Warehouse Group Leaders and other managers, team members, and other co-workers. Resolves problems and conflicts in an acceptable manner that shows respect for the other person(s).
* Follows plant rules and policies and Company code of ethics in performing job.
* Entering orders or requests for raw materials accurately and in a timely manner and printing out the necessary register
* Ensuring order registers are picked up by plant order person and product is delivered in a timely fashion.
* Ensuring the efficient return of unused raw materials to inventory
* Reserving freezer space for the daily plant production in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with preset guidelines; printing out the production register and distributing as necessary having knowledge of warehouse dumps procedure and handling those not requiring team leader approval.

* Performing other functions of the Warehouse Management System as necessary and according to preset guidelines
* Follows safety practices and identifies/corrects potential hazards.
* Attend and complete any RPC sponsored training.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* HS/GED required. College degree preferred; minimum three to five years' administrative experience preferably in a warehouse; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Ability to follow defined policies, processes, and procedures.
* Must have excellent computer skills and experience in extracting and analyzing data using information systems reporting tools such as Excel.
* Efficient with all Microsoft Office products. Experience using SAP, RF Next Gen.
* Must be able to handle multiple assignments concurrently, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
* Must have good interpersonal, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Must possess a high level of interpersonal skills to facilitate constant interaction with a wide variety of personalities and management styles. Also, the ability to maintain focus on assigned tasks during constant interruptions by telephone and personal contact. Ability to work effectively with others, both within the company and outside the company, to accomplish administrative duties.

Evaluate warehouse employee performance. Maintain employee records, written warnings, reviews and other related documents.

Additional Duties - Assist Shipping Team
* Process shipments according to customer sales order specifications.
* Process all stock orders by preparing cut paperwork and updating orders in the system to reflect work in progress.
* Confirm each shipment meets customer packaging specifications and review all documentation (manifests, packing lists, air bills, bills of lading, quality reports, etc.) for accuracy and completeness.
* Verify shipment contents - total footage, length requirements, labeling, reel sizes, wrapping, etc. - to ensure they exactly match the customer's order; communicate discrepancies promptly.
* Assign pickups to carriers and organize the daily pickup schedule.
Education and Experience Preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education beyond high school preferred.
