As a valuable member of the CHOICE team, job duties will include:
Responsibilities
Maintains all warehouse operations and personnel assignments within the distribution center.
Directs and controls the staffing, training, merit review, discipline, and termination for warehouse distribution center personnel, in accordance with guidelines set forth by the company.
Establishes and maintains standards of performance levels for all warehouse responsibilities in the distribution center.
Establishes and maintains programs for the distribution center's housekeeping, equipment maintenance, safety, and security.
Works with purchasing, IT, and upper management to control and develop more efficient solutions for managing distribution center costs and operational procedures.
Establishes and maintains all supplies needed to support warehouse functions (shipping, receiving, etc.…) and facility personnel support.
Manages the distribution center's physical inventory levels by setting and adjusting Min/Max levels and yearly full cycle counting.
Ensures all packing requirements are met, including country of origin and standardized formatting, bulk packaging.
Meet all customer/sales agent deadlines for UPS, hand delivery, and customer pick up orders.
Maintain efficient and timely schedules for receiving, shipping, product packing, and, put away, to support company goals and standards.
Establish operational schedule to support the facility's hours of operation with a manager or supervisor. Present hours of Operation: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an operations management position.
Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
The ability to lift objects weighting 50 pounds.
Willingness to join workers shoulder-to-shoulder and help with anything that needs to get done.
Strong verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills required.
Inventory Cycle Count and resolution experience
Strong business acumen and familiarity with purchasing preferred.
Ability to look for trends and understand how the promotions we run impact inventory levels.
Ability to find efficient and creative storing solutions for products while maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
3PL Operations & Client-Focused Execution
Lead and optimize 3PL fulfillment operations supporting beauty and fragrance brand partners across four distribution centers
Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded, including order accuracy, turnaround times, compliance, and reporting
Oversee value-added services critical to the beauty and fragrance industry, including labeling, kitting, retail compliance preparation, and quality control
Serve as a senior operational partner to internal and external stakeholders, translating client requirements into executable warehouse processes
Multi-Site Leadership & Standardization
Provide direct and indirect leadership of inbound, outbound, inventory control, shipping, and receiving teams across all facilities
Establish standardized workflows, KPIs, and operating procedures across a multi-unit environment
Lead by example by setting performance expectations while fostering accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement
Inventory, Compliance & Product Integrity
Maintain strict inventory accuracy and traceability using ERP, WMS, EDI, and mobile computing tools
Ensure proper handling of regulated beauty and fragrance products, including lot control, expiration tracking, and quality assurance processes
Partner with Supply Chain and Compliance teams to meet retailer, brand, and regulatory requirements

Summary:

Responsibilities
Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution
Fills orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients
Ensures delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase order forms and packaging slips are completed accurately
Coordinates home medical equipment orders with the assistance of a pharmacist.
Coordinates patient deliveries.
Stocks, stores and rotates warehouse equipment and supplies
