Maintains cost per pound for labor used in the warehouse.
Ensures that all Food service orders are verified by product.
Ensures that all dates are sent correctly to each customer following all specifications issued to his/her in writing.
Maintains product rotation in accordance with First In-First Out (FIFO)
Ensures ALL trucks leave at their schedule departure time.
Keeps employees informed on factors relating to their work assignment, work progress, and opportunity for advancement.
Monitors workers to ensure that they achieve case movement requirements. Must follow late delivery procedure if late departure is anticipated.
Must Ensure that all GMP'S are follow that pertain to warehouse.
Maintains spoils and damages at a minimum and follow the necessary procedures when they occur.
Conducts accurate inventories by code.
Ensures that warehouse personnel are trained in all aspects of the operation in compliance with OSHA and AIB standards.
Participates as an active member in the safety, quality, and food safety committees.
Performs safety and sanitation audits.
Conducts monthly training sessions on safety and food safety for warehouse employees.
Participates in special safety assignments.
Maintains open and continuous communication with production and maintenance supervisors.
Performs other duties as required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School diploma, GED or equivalent required. College Degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations required. Preferably within a food manufacturing environment. With 2 years in a supervisory capacity or 4 years as a Lead in a manufacturing environment required. *Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.

Job Description: Maintain AVA's fleet and manage CDL driver staff.
Requirements:
Manage driver staff, including scheduling drivers
Address vehicle maintenance concerns
Coordinate with in-house maintenance staff to ensure the timely repair of vehicles
Work with outpost specific General Manager to schedule and budget for outsourced repairs
Track and file paperwork to maintain DOT compliance for vehicle condition and driver logging

Ensure cleanliness of entire fleet by holding drivers accountable for daily trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and washing.
Be aware of DOT regulations and ensure fleet can pass DOT inspections in coordination with Outpost Mechanic.
Ensure drivers are professional and delivering exceptional guest service at all times, are clean, in uniform and approachable to our guests.
Inform outpost managers of any personnel issues and coordinate with them on giving feedback, coaching for correction and any disciplinary action as needed.
Address all safety concerns with outpost managers, drivers and any other staff as needed.
Attend staff safety meetings bi-monthly and express any transportation safety concerns with staff during those meetings.
Ensure DVIRS are filled out correctly, filed and kept for three months
Ensure driver clearinghouse compliance in addition to drug testing pre-season as well as mid-season random testing.
Ensure drivers are meeting hours of service compliance.

Qualifications:
Must have prior heavy equipment driving experience, preferable large bus or semi-truck.
Must hold a valid Commercial Driver's License, Class A or B, with air brake and passenger endorsement.

A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Basic maintenance skills preferred
Knowledge of DOT regulations (will train)

The Supervisor - Airport Services coordinates the day-to-day station operations by leading and organizing the activities of Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability.
Supports the Manager in meeting operational performance targets and monitoring the station operation budget
Confers and cooperates with the Manager in formulating administrative/operational policies and procedures to be implemented

Will provide guidance to the team on performance issues as well as coach and counsel employees.

Requirements:
Minimum Age: 18
High school diploma or GED equivalent
College coursework or college degree desirable
Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver's license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
Previous work experience in an airline or airport capacity such as all operational phases of an airline, ground handling or airport management
Proven leadership and analytical skills
Ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple and often competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Willing and able to work non-standard work schedules when necessary due to changing or unplanned operational needs

Be on your feet most of the day and be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Secure all Done vehicles, daily
Maintain cleanliness of company grounds to ensure a safe and professional work environment.
Assist with truck inspections, when needed
Ability to operate a pallet jack
Maintain proper documentation for all delivered and collected items
Assist Inventory, Fleet, Warehouse Management with various tasks
Follow GPS-monitored routes as per company policy.
Skills, Abilities, & Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience: Experience with plumbing, drains, HVAC is a plus, but not required.
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of technology, familiarity with Apple Products

Summary:
