The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all warehouse and logistics activities across multiple sites (two locations). This role ensures the safe, compliant, and efficient storage, handling, movement, and distribution of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Logistics Operations:
Supervise and coordinate warehouse and logistics activities, including receiving, storage, internal material movement, and shipping across two locations.
Possible performance metrics include on-time shipping/receiving performance, dock schedule adherence, and workflow efficiency.
Align warehouse operations, transportation schedules, dock capacity, and freezer space availability with production plans.
Possible performance metrics include material availability to production and space utilization.
Ensure safe operation of powered industrial trucks and warehouse equipment.

Oversee proper shipping, receiving and storage labeling, FIFO rotation, traceability, and storage practices.

Inventory Control & Systems Management:

We start our Warehouse Operators out around $14 per hour, but starting pay will vary by experience and your skill level is the biggest differentiator in pay. This is a second shift position working 5pm - 1:30 am. At times, overtime is mandatory and occasional weekend work is required.

POSITION SUMMARY
