Duties & Responsibilities: Lead a team to ensure accurate, timely, and safe preparation and loading of beverage deliveries. Secure company assets, including personnel, property, and products. Train and oversee warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety rules and the Federal Motor Carrier Act. Coach and develop team members to identify and solve root causes of issues. Communicate effectively with staff to enhance performance and maintain open communication and trust. Review and adjust daily loads to meet vehicle limitations and ensure efficiency. Monitor loading activities for accuracy, safety, and efficiency, ensuring all outbound loads are verified and recorded in Softeon. Minimize out-of-stocks and manage the handling of damaged products. Conduct equipment inspections and ensure proper rotation of products to meet company standards. Complete and submit required reports, training, and certifications on time. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred, with 2 years of prior warehouse or forklift experience required. Ability to operate manual or powered pallet jacks and lift equipment. Proficiency with basic product scanners and the capability to train others in their use. Effective communication skills and basic math skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and business productivity software (such as Microsoft Office), with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment and remove obstacles to productivity, with a commitment to excellent customer service.
