Responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, kitting, and returns for datacenter and hyperscale programs.
- Maintain strict adherence to project schedules by ensuring materials are available, accurate, and staged on time for deployment teams.
- Implement lean workflows that reduce bottlenecks, increase throughput, and support aggressive build timelines.
Inventory & Asset Control
- Ensure 100% traceability of high-value network, mechanical, electrical, and fiber-related materials.
- Manage serialized asset tracking, barcode control, and proper documentation for customer-owned equipment (COE), long-lead items, and high-dollar materials.
- Oversee cycle-counting programs and root-cause analysis for variances; maintain inventory accuracy above defined KPIs.
- Execute proper quarantine, RMA, DOA, and returns processes with vendors and customer partners.
Customer & Project Interface
- Serve as the primary warehouse point-of-contact for construction PMs, site leads, procurement, logistics, and hyperscale customer teams.
- Support customer audits, project walk-downs, and material availability checks.
- Communicate daily material status, shipment updates, backorders, and site-level risks to internal and external stakeholders.
Shipping & Logistics Coordination
- Manage carrier scheduling, LTL/FTL shipments, parcel logistics, and specialized freight to job sites, POPs, COLO's, and hyperscale campuses.
- Ensure proper packaging, crating, and protection for sensitive networking, power, and cooling components.
- Maintain DOT compliance, export/import documentation (if applicable), and chain-of-custody records.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead warehouse associates, forklift operators, and inventory specialists; assign work, provide coaching, and hold team members accountable to performance metrics.
- Enforce safety standards including PPE usage, forklift certifications, equipment inspection protocols, and OSHA/HSE requirements.
- Champion a high-performance culture built on accuracy, urgency, and customer-obsessed execution.

Main Purpose of the job:
This is a critical role within Warehouse, which will assist to make daily operational decisions for effective and consistent management of the warehouse area. The key task for as to ensure work orders are maintained daily, material supply is planned and available to meet production needs and understand the production plan, while still maintaining the highest levels of quality, hygiene and safety through all warehouse activities. Role and Activity
Release production work orders 24 hours in advance ensuring materials are ready for production
Review work order missing parts list and create orders with external warehouse provider for delivery 24 hours prior to use, and plan loads being received. Ensure these pallets are received on time and in full.
Create drive orders continuously for materials being issued to production, ensuring no downtime to the production lines
Ensure that all packaging and raw materials are properly rotated on a First Expired First Out (FEFO) basis, verify and assist to investigate as and when needed
Ensure that partial pallets are delivered to the line first to prevent multiple partial pallets of the same resource.
Count and investigate any issues with materials as and when required, BACKFLUSH items need to be counted daily, moved to the LACON bin and make request for stock at external warehouse. This is to complete critical and needs to be updated daily. LACON will need to be verified daily and updated with accurate count (hand over to Supervisor to process IE on JDE)
At 4:00am daily, allocate line runners to check LA21 & LA22, communicate stock that needs to be consumed or scanned to line bins.
Monitor LA23 and initiate the return process
Be certified and competent in all dry warehouse modules to be able to assist the team out when necessary
Communicate and maintain good housekeeping in all Dry Warehouse storage areas.
Communicate with Production Team and Quality Team as appropriate to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of any issues.
Keep team informed of department performance, quality, efficiency and safety.
Be certified on safe operation of all Material Handling Equipment.
Instill a sense of urgency within the team to accomplish goals and tasks.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for operating a forklift and other material handling equipment for the purpose of shipping, receiving, and picking. Activities may include but are not limited to loading or unloading, scanning, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. This individual is also responsible for counting and inspecting product and notifying leadership when there are damages or discrepancies. These Associates are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and will be expected to perform all duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Shipping Responsibilities:
* The shipping functions include but are not limited to using a gas or electric powered forklift to load outbound shipments, move product, and stack products or materials.
* Associates must efficiently and accurately load orders according to the appropriate doors and trailers.
* All shipping functions will be processed as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures.
Receiving Responsibilities:
* The receiving functions include but are not limited to using a gas or electric powered forklift to unload inbound shipments, move product, replenish, stack and store products or materials.
* Associates must efficiently and accurately locate and place products in the appropriate storage areas.
* All receiving functions will be processed as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures.
Picking Responsibilities:
* The picking functions include but are not limited to using a gas or electric powered forklift to accurately pick orders to fulfill client demands.
* Associates must efficiently and accurately pick products and stage in the appropriate areas.

Quality Control Responsibilities:

Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance:
* All associates are responsible for executing all safety protocols and will accomplish all job tasks in a manner that promotes safety.

* Associates will comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site-specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/MSDS Standards.
Equipment Operation:
* In performing assigned duties, the equipment used can include but is not limited to: sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, sweeper scrubber, scissor lift, cherry picker, Aisle Master or pallet jack.
* Associates are responsible for the upkeep of equipment and reporting of equipment problems.
* On a daily basis, associates will inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment.
* Associates will operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
* Associates must maintain an active forklift certification.
