Summary/Objective

Essential Functions

* Maintains a high level of expertise to establish themselves as a reliable and credible source for agronomic knowledge
* Maintains inventory by processing purchase orders, receivers, and matching with Winfield invoices
* Responsible for walk in customers front counter sales
* Will be expected to learn all aspects of operating seed treater to help facilitate point of sale seed transaction
* Will be required to have or obtain a Class A CDL with Hazardous material endorsement and will on occasion utilize license for location specific driving and delivering needs
Supervisor Responsibilities
* Supervises staff, including hiring, scheduling, and assigning work, reviewing performance, and recommends salary increases, promotions, transfers, demotions, or terminations.

The Opportunity:

Daily Responsibilities:
Run the site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
Communicate daily with associates about service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
Create daily work logs and transmit them to corporate.
Audit daily labor and billing reports.
Ensure customer needs are met daily.
Document and resolve any customer service or associate issues.
Ensure all associates follow Capstone policies and safety work rules.
Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation.
Assist in managing the site and departmental budget.
Schedule associate shifts based on customer requirements.
Interview, hire, and train new associates.
Supervise timely and accurate data entry for all services performed.
Complete daily closeout tasks, including cash balancing, data upload, and payroll record administration, according to Capstone policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.

**_Responsibilities_**
+ Receives inbound products from manufacturers and checks packing slips to ensure that the quantity of product matches the slips and the order placed. Enters and validates product data in the database and releases product for use in the facility.
+ Develops forecasts of inventory based on customer demand, orders, and shipment speeds of various products and manufacturers.
+ Places electronic orders based on inventory reporting and forecasting. Communicates with manufacturers as necessary to provide additional order information.
+ Monitors inventory levels continually and runs reports from database to analyze slow-moving products, fast-moving products, and expiration date data.
+ Evaluates quantity discrepancies and quality issues, such as damaged products and enters issues into database and contacts manufacturers to identify and resolve the issue and, as necessary, escalates the issue to the Manager, Pharmacy Services.
+ Conducts regular cycle counts by developing count lists, providing lists and instruction to Pharmacy Technicians and other staff, and collecting and validating the count data.
+ Manages the storage and outbound logistics of product returns to manufacturers as well as quarantined products. Edits data in the PMS based on the products' National Drug Codes.

Classification: Full Time, Non-Exempt The Station Supervisor will be leading, directing, and coordinating the efforts of ground, line, and cabin service personnel and the timely delivery of all services for airlines as contracted. The Station supervisor will take accountability for safety, operation standards, policy implementation, client relations, and financial performance for the ramp operations.
Job Responsibilities
Establishing shift assignments for both fulltime and part-time employees;
Monitoring and responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of all airline ground support equipment
Reporting discrepancies that may exist both functional and mechanical on the ground support equipment;
Coordinating between each assigned carrier to ensure that service for cargo and baggage meet the needs of the carrier to ensure on time schedules are met
Responsible for equipment and ensuring its safe and efficient operating status;
Conferring with other supervisors and managers to coordinate activities with other departments;
Determining manpower requirements; ensuring disciplinary procedures are conducted in a fair, timely, and consistent manner;

Requirements:

Experience and understanding of the commercial issues in aviation.

Must be at least 18 years of age
Capable of processing information in a timely manner

Able to proficiently speak, read, and write in English
Basic computer literacy
Previous ramp or airline experience
Must successfully complete all training requirements and maintain certifications throughout employment

The Inventory and Quality Supervisor is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, space utilization, continuous improvement, and quality control. Quality Control consists of ensuring compliance with company policies and directives, as well as Standard Operating Procedure adherence within the distribution center.
This position is also responsible for maintaining a perpetual record integrity in distribution to ensure inventory accuracy through the administration of the cycle count program and the thorough analysis and response to miscellaneous issues and receipts. This Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing the functions performed by inventory associates and other such staff. He/she will also ensure that the operation adheres to the overall corporate mission, vision, and core values while consistently meeting client and company expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory
* Implement space utilization plan to meet prescribed cost and service standards.
* Monitors the space layout plan to ensure it continuously meets company standards.
* Implement an effective product locator system and update as necessary.
* Analyzes daily cycle counts and reconciles any discrepancies between physical count and perpetual record.
