Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager manages, organizes, and maintains our central warehouse in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for the overall flow of contents vaults, consumable inventory count, equipment organization, and fleet management. This role will maintain and enforce safety and cleanliness throughout the warehouse.

Job Description:
As the Warehouse Manager , your responsibilities will include:
Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards and all OSHA standards are being followed
Knowledge with Samsara is a plus
Be experienced in pulling & backing in trailers
Maintain all equipment to clean and proper operating conditions daily
Including filter changes, oil changes, fluid checks, etc...
Maintain a satisfactory amount of inventory and supplies
Manage loss control and loss prevention of supplies, tools, and equipment including inventory
Call for dumpster service as needed
Assists with vehicle maintenance programs
Handles shipping and receiving as needed
Receiving flooring, inspecting for damages, and marking job codes on flooring
Assist the Warehouse Manager with vehicle Audits to ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly stocked
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Possess a minimum of three years of experience within a warehouse setting
MUST KNOW how to back in/ pull trailers
Experience in service and maintenance of restoration equipment preferred (dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers, portable and truck mount extractors)
Be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
Be technology proficient (computer skills) and extremely organized
Proficient knowledge of forklift procedures and safety protocol
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

The Opportunity
We are a fast growing Texas manufacturer's rep firm that represents commercial HVAC products. Along with our core business we have a Service and Warranty division and a Parts Division. We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator. Must have attention to detail, be customer service oriented and work well with others. This position needs a self-motivated team player who can be an active part of our warehouse team and seeks remedies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
Supports the shipping, receiving & stocking of warehouse inventory
Warehouse and facilities maintenance and housekeeping
Supporting existing warehouse staff in a team-based environment while ensuring customer satisfaction
Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times
Performs other duties as assigned
Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required
Assists with Parts Sales functions, as needed
Assist with Warranty administration
Assist with loading and unloading shipment of parts, supplies, and equipment
Receives and processes customer orders while responding to customer's inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding products or services
Records changes in inventory by completing paperwork and updating data base as necessary
Maintains supplies inventory by recording quantities used and determines needed supplies in warehouse
May deliver parts orders to customer locations or job sites
Follows up with all customers, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction
Determines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and company adherence to policies
The Required Profile
Moderate PC skills in Microsoft Office 2007 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Must have own transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely and efficiently operate typical warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet truck, hand truck

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all warehouse-related activities, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment
Ensure all customer and trade partner orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
