The primary function of this position is to safely operate a forklift to build customer orders and participate in packaging beer. In addition to warehouse and packaging duties, this position will serve as a backup delivery driver, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of finished goods to distributors, retail accounts, and company facilities. This employee will work in consultation with management to define, set and achieve procedural goals. Applicants must be able to lift 75+ lbs. repeatedly throughout a working shift (5-8 hrs.). Must also possess a valid State of Indiana driver's license and have a good driving record. Specific Job Tasks include but are not limited to: Adhere to safety and quality procedures. Ensure First in First out (FIFO) inventory method for all bottles, cans, and kegs. Build sales orders in a timely fashion. Manage finished goods inventory physical counts. Unload materials (cans, bottles, grain, filter media, hops, glassware, chemicals, etc.) from semi-trailers. Assist with materials during canning production.
