JOB SUMMARY: The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the daily warehouse and logistics operations in our fast-paced 3PL environment. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day activities including order picking, replenishment, staffing, inventory optimization, and continuous process improvement. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily operations of the Warehouse Department with a focus on order picking, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
Provide effective leadership and guidance to warehouse staff to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety goals.
Develop and execute daily operational plans to meet or exceed productivity and service level goals in accordance with Customer specific SLAs and KPIs.
Monitor and maintain operational reports and metrics to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Conduct training and cross-training for new and existing employees.
Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and other logistics software to monitor workflow and manage inventory accuracy.
Manage customer slotting to optimize pick paths and operational efficiency.
Run and analyze item demand reports to support inventory distribution and replenishment strategies.
Conduct daily team meetings, performance check-ins, and support employee recognition initiatives to foster a positive and communicative work environment.
Promote and enforce health and safety protocols, reinforcing a culture of safety throughout the facility in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Conduct onboarding, training, and cross-training for both new hires and existing employees.
Adheres to 5S Standards and continuously look for process improvement opportunities and assist in implementation.
Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
Perform other job responsibilities and support projects as necessary and/or assigned.
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control systems, and data reporting tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage performance in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office systems is required.
Working knowledge of OSHA standards, ISO certifications, and 5S methodology.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends or peak periods.
Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
Must be able to work in a warehouse environment where the temperature is affected by weather conditions
Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) is a plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse or distribution center management, preferably in an eCommerce setting is required.
Minimum of three (3+ years) of management experience in a fast-paced distribution or 3PL Logistics environment is required
B2B and B2C Operations experience is preferred.
Experience operating Crown Material Handling Equipment such as but not limited to: Forklift, Stand Up Reach, Cherry Picker, Pallet Jack, is preferred
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.

Scope:
Reporting to the Shipping Operations Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all daily activities of the shipping operations team. Duties & Responsibilities:
Partner with the Shipping Operations Manager to develop daily operational plans to maximize output and control cost

Monitor daily workload and align resources to demand, with emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and cost containment
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of customer specific requirements; ensuring each order adheres to these specifications
Ensure proper documentation is completed and filed according to S2GO processes and controls
Serve as a technical expert in departmental systems, including WMS, HJ, and Automation
Manage labor standards and expense budgets while meeting production requirements
Track, analyze, and communicate performance metrics to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with the Shipping Operations Manager to evaluate process efficiencies and recommend improvements to workflow, procedures, and cost controls
