We have an opportunity for a Senior Principal Radar Receiver Exciter Hardware Lead seeking to solve complex technical problems and provide highly innovative and ingenious solutions in the area of Radar and Receiver Exciter design, analysis, integration and test. Radar Receiver Exciter Hardware Leads are responsible for leading architecture development and subsystem analysis, integration and test, and transition to production of advanced receiver and exciter hardware and firmware utilized in complex radar systems. The technical challenges range from RF chain and link budget analysis to digital signal processing algorithm definition and verification. These engineers are integral in all phases of Radar design and integration from requirements definition to system sell-off and verification.
What You Will Do:
Receiver and Exciter architecture development and Requirements Flow down.
Interface definition between Receiver Exciter subsystem and other subsystems.
Support of signal processing algorithm definition based on Receiver/Exciter capabilities and system needs.
Resolve complex technical issues seen during design, integration, and test of Radar Receiver and Exciter sub-systems.
Process and analyze Radar Receiver/Exciter data, including but not limited to IQ Data, to identify and resolve system performance issues.
Support system and subsystem level radar integration planning, execution, and reporting Develop calibration solutions for receiver / exciters to meet top level radar performance specification.
Support the resolution of complex technical issues seen during the integration and test of Radar Receiver and Exciter sub-systems.
Interface with customers with technical and program level status.
Lead small development teams.
Participate in design for manufacturing and transition to production reviews.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum 10 years' of prior work experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 7 years' of prior work experience.
Minimum seven (7) years of prior work experience to include any combination of the following:
Experience with Radar Receiver / Exciter signal processing techniques and methods.
Experience with analytical tools such as MATLAB.
Experience with Radar Receiver / Exciter system and subsystem analysis, design and/or test.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience in cascade analysis and frequency planning.
Experience with I/Q signal processing analysis in MATLAB, C/C++, Python, or other programming languages.

Low Noise RF source design and test knowledge.

Hands-on experience working in a laboratory environment using test equipment including using spectrum analyzers, Real-time Spectrum Analyzers (RSAs), Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs) logic analyzers and Performance Network Analyzer (PNAs).
Experience interfacing with internal and external customers and finding technical solutions to complex requirements.
Knowledge of cost estimating, plus budget and schedule management.
Experience transitioning designs from early concept to deliverable products.

Serco is supporting USACE to renovate the Power Building (J-Plant) and providing it with High Altitude Electro Magnetic Pulse (HEMP) protective measures.The Logistician's primary role is to provide on-site receiving and accountability of construction materials and equipment. Tasks included inventory control, tool management, and hazardous material control and management. Additional duties include assisting Travel personnel with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, meal card management, and return flight arrangements.

**ROTATIONAL SCHEDULE:** **_This is a year-round position; current rotation is 3 months on and 1 month away from the site_**
**In this role, you will:**
+ Provide on-site shipping and receiving materials and construction equipment.
+ Provide on-site inventory control and management of all SERCO assets.
+ Provide on-site tools management.
+ Provide on-site hazardous material inventory, control and overall management.
+ Provide on-site flammable storage inventory and control of all flammable materials and liquids.
+ Assist the SERCO travel office with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, to include meal card distribution, room preparation prior to arrival, and return flight coordination.
+ Maintain inventory status in Serco's warehouse management software suite.
+ Initiate purchase requests for site supplies and misc. materials.
+ Proactively resolve material and logistical problems or issues with the Serco management team and other subcontractors.

+ Coordinate shipping plans and documentation with other Serco warehouse sites as necessary.
+ Track and report large purchase order status as necessary with support from Serco's purchasing group.
+ Be present at the work site, attend and report weekly plan updates as it pertains to logistic, hazardous material or flammable container issues.
+ The logistician typically reports to the Site Superintendent or Project Manager.
**To be successful in this role, you will have:**
+ **Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance**
+ **U.S Citizenship required**
+ Ability to travel over 90% of the time
+ Valid U.S Passport required (more than 6 months from expiration date)
+ A High School diploma and technical training in construction or technical field
+ A minimum of five (5) years of experience in warehouse operations, or construction and construction related projects

+ Working knowledge of MS Office applications
+ Experience with CostPoint inventory software, or similar applications

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Support position is responsible for assisting machine operators in achieving consistent performance against targets, through ensuring the smooth flow of material and work. Individuals in this role are responsible for maintaining quality and speed performance within the scope of their role, while minimizing scrap, in addition to working to ensure the accuracy of all manufacturing data and/or documentation.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Follows the requirements of assigned schedule to meet shipping demand.
* Sets up orders based upon established specifications.
* Stages boxes to assemble orders for shipping.
* Adjusts order forms to reflect status of shipping orders.
* Moves material in and out of stocking locations with scanner.

* Completes any required paperwork. ·
* Perform cycle counts as required.

* Communicates safety concerns and issues to supervisory personnel.

* Active participation in Lean activities (Kanban, 5S, pull manufacturing, etc)
* Ability to develop and execute projects for continues improvement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* High School diploma, GED and/or equivalent experience
* Requires the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish.
* Prior manufacturing experience, preferably within a regulated goods industry such as healthcare or food and beverage production.
* Familiarity with basic computer skills
* Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
* Ability to assess visual differences between products, in color, size, pattern, etc.
* Ability to lift- up to 75 lbs.

A Day in the Life as a Food Distribution / Driver & Warehouse Coordinator:
As a Food Distribution / Driver & Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be responsible for assisting the Program Director with the warehousing and distribution of commodities for The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) and other community food assistance initiatives. You will be responsible for shipping, receiving, warehousing and product delivery and responsible for the implementation of record keeping systems and compiling program reports as needed. You will assist the Director with Statewide responsibilities including program planning and implementing services.
Your day will involve:
Coordinating commodity shipping, receiving, warehousing and distribution deliveries and insuring proper documentation and accuracy of unloading and loading shipping records.
Documenting and maintaining USDA commodity inventory levels on an ongoing basis and providing monthly reports to the Program Director. Coordinating in-state transportation with NHCAA's and community feeding organizations to ensure timely product delivery.
Being responsible for operating and driving Agency trucks and equipment for product shipments and deliveries to Emergency Feeding Organizations throughout New Hampshire and tracking and maintaining records documenting the statewide distribution and receipt of USDA TEFAP commodities by NHCAA's and local community feeding organizations.
Maintaining spreadsheets recording commodity distribution delivery records and maintaining program files for participating organizations and agencies to ensure accurate and current records.
Assisting with compiling and reviewing statistical reports received from participating agencies and organizations and with compiling program reports for the State and Federal Government and providing information on upcoming commodity deliveries and other pertinent information to NHCAA's and local community feeding organizations.
Providing technical assistance and support to participating community feeding organizations and new applicants.
Assisting with processing program Agreement Contracts with community feeding organizations and new applicants.

Requirements
Qualifications to Be a Food Distribution / Driver & Warehouse Coordinator:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Education: High School diploma or equivalency credential.
Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Skills: Strong clerical skills including an ability to organize, implement and maintain record keeping procedures.
Characteristics: Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision and accept direction with the ability to work as a team player in cooperation with multiple agencies and organizations
Technical: Ability to effectively operate trucks, forklifts and pallet jacks. Successful completion of criminal record and driving record checks. Successful completion of pre-employment Agency Drug & Alcohol test; and continued participation in mandatory random NHDOT and Agency drug and alcohol testing.

Core Responsibilities:
Oversee all inbound and outbound material movements, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, sampling, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
Manage raw material, packaging, and finished goods warehouses in full compliance with cGMP, GDP, and internal SOPs.
Maintain temperature-controlled and hazardous material storage per regulatory and safety requirements.
Ensure accurate and real-time inventory control using Veranova's ERP system
Supervise and train warehouse staff on GMP documentation, EHS compliance, material handling, and internal processes.
Drive 5S and Lean practices for warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and safety.
Manage logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping, 3PL coordination, and transportation compliance (IATA, DOT, ADR, etc.).
Liaise with planning, production, and quality to align material availability with manufacturing schedules and release timelines.
Coordinate with global and regional logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Ensure all import/export documentation complies with trade compliance and customs regulations (e.g., HTS codes, COA, SDS, MSDS).
Ensure warehouse and logistics operations are audit-ready at all times (FDA, DEA, MHRA, customer audits).
Lead or support investigations related to deviations, OOS, inventory discrepancies, or logistics issues.
Drive CAPA implementation and process improvements to enhance accuracy, throughput, and safety.
Develop and monitor KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory accuracy, warehouse cycle times).
Qualifications:
Required
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse and logistics roles within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or CDMO environment.

The warehouse coordinator is primarily responsible for the accurate storage, shipping, receiving, cycle counting and location accuracy for all products stored in either frozen or dry goods warehouse areas. Must haves:

The Logistics Supervisor provides leadership and direction within the Logistics department to the Logistics Specialists and others within their assigned groups, on a daily basis to ensure all activities are being performed according to GMP procedures. The incumbent is expected to create a culture of disciplined execution and a high level of professionalism for their team while ensuring employee and process safety at all times. The position requires full gowning in our manufacturing suite.

What you will do:
Effectively supervise groups within Logistics to ensure all customer
requirements are met and performed safely and within GMP guidelines.
Warehouse Area specific focus for the supervisor:
* Oversee the on-time delivery of materials to the requestors.
* Ensures timely processing of returns.
* Review Inventory accuracy.
* Maintain audit readiness within the Warehouse areas.
* Develop Logistics Specialists in order that they are trained in all areas of
Develop new strategies and improve on current processes in support the
changing environment within PP&L.
* Ensure the Logistics area is inspection ready at all times.
* Complete ongoing Employee Health & Safety (EHS) chemical awareness training.
Forward Pick Area (FPA) specific focus for the supervisor:
* Responsible for ensuring that material allocations for the daily production schedule are completed daily.
* Ensure that material returns from manufacturing are processed in a timely manner.
* Maintain audit readiness within the Forward Pick Area.
Dispensary specific focus of supervisor:
* Review Dispensary job descriptions, responsibilities and expectations.
* Provide guidance on critical issue process. Review daily workloads.
* Orchestrate to ensure adequate bandwidth is available to support requirements.
* Ensure the development, updates and maintenance of SOPs are complete and followed.
* Maintain audit readiness within Dispensary at all times.
* Ensure monthly inventories are performed and sustained by staffing and submitted in a timely manner to Inventory Control.
* Sustain/maintain replenishment material inventory.
What we are looking for:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum 3+ years Logistics experience preferred
* Prior leadership experience preferred.
* A combination of education and experience will be considered
* Working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft office
* Knowledge of GMP standards and practices. Ability to wear PPE throughout shift.
* Ability to troubleshoot (root cause analysis) and resolve problems
