Job Purpose Summary:

Working Location: On-Site - Lebanon, TN

Job Summary
We have an immediate need for a Warehouse Coordinator based in Lewisburg, TN. Must have experience with general warehouse, inventory control and knowledge of shipping & receiving. Driving will be involved to deliver and pick up parts and also the ability & knowledge to tow light duty trailers so all candidates must have a valid driver's license in good standing and be available to work overtime as needed. Key Job Responsibilities
Load and Unload trucks using material handling equipment.
Process and package goods in a time efficient manner.
Organize, stock and maintain inventories.
Order parts for warehouse stock.
Optimize space in the warehouse and maintain shop appearance.
Enter orders in the company computer system.
Conduct inventory counts.
Pick up and deliver parts in company vehicle. Towing light duty trailer.
Drive to job site to take needed materials and/or equipment.

Requirements
Experience stocking, scanning, shipping and receiving in a warehouse environment. At least 3 years preferred.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
Basic experience using Microsoft Office Products: Outlook; Excel; and Word.
Able to work without supervision. Occasionally, will work in a team environment.

Collaborate with other departments like Quality, Operations, Laboratories, Finance and Project Management.
Manage warehouse space utilization, equipment maintenance, and facility layout to optimize workflow and productivity between multiple facilities.
Support the implementation of new warehouse systems, processes, or technology upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and employee adoption
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field highly preferred.
5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management.
Experience managing, coaching and training team members.
Warehouse management and distribution experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Deep understanding of warehouse and logistics management practices, inventory control systems, and logistics principles in a pharmaceutical GMP environment.
Proven track record of building, motivating, and developing a high-performing team of warehousing and logistics professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
Experience negotiating and managing contracts with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and suppliers to ensure optimal service levels and cost competitiveness.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and use insights to inform decision-making.
Excellent ability to troubleshoot operational issues and develop effective solutions.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various levels of staff, cross-functional teams, and management.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), data analysis tools, and other relevant software. Experience with WMS implementation is a plus.

2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm , Monday - Friday
3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am , Sunday - Thursday
Weekend Day shift: Saturday - Monday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Weekend Night shift: Friday - Sunday, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
