Develops and maintains warehouse material storage, flow, and delivery to the production lines.
Maintains all inventories, components, finished goods to ensure accuracy of the inventory.
Supervises physical inventory in warehouse(s) of responsibility.
Responsible for the motivation and development of subordinates, their performance, and their personal and professional growth.
Responsible for all processes, equipment, employees, and safety.
Responsible for maintaining a quality work environment including good housekeeping (i.e.6S).
Assure established policy, rules, regulations and procedures are followed.
Tracks departmental metrics against goals, drives improvement actions to resolution, and maintains departmental scorecard, ensuring compliance to plant and corporate goals.
Interfaces with other divisions and operations to ensure timely and accurate receipt and issuance of all material.
Coordinates the timely, accurate, damage-free shipments of all products.
Recommend and implement measures to improve warehouse methods, equipment and space utilization performance.
Responsible for development and adherence to warehouse policies, procedures, and instructions according to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 Quality Management Systems.
Responsible for ensuring budgetary goals are accomplished.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the ATC Drivetrain policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Experience in selecting appropriate storage solutions and material handling equipment.
Must have Lean manufacturing experience to ensure efficient delivery of products to operations.
Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite and computerized materials management systems.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Certifications in APIC's or Purchasing Management highly desirable.

Technica is seeking a Lead Warehouse Specialist for a government contract on Tinker Air Force base supporting the DLA Distribution Center on a 3rd shift.
We anticipate this contract to begin February 2, 2026.
Perform full range of duties in the receipt, stow and issue of material. Ensure items being stowed meet requirements of MIL-STD 129N. Must be proficient in use of anti-static devices. Provide COSIS/Shelf-Life inspection as in depot contract agreement. Perform kitting functions and provide cost estimates for preparation of kits. Provide daily work assignment to other storage personnel assigned to work center.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist the Supervisor in scheduling work, responsible for instructing and aiding a group of employees.
Perform evaluations and assist the supervisor in maintaining a smooth flow of work and maintain records.
May be temporarily called upon to act on behalf of a supervisor in cases of emergency or absence.
Identify, examine, classify, accept, reject, and dispose of material per DLA regulations. Examinations may be visual or require measuring devices and techniques.
Must be able to conduct inventory/causative research, read supply manuals, specifications, drawings, and prints.
Load material on and off skids, pallets, and stands.
Conduct Shelf-Life and COSIS actions as necessary and conduct material coordination duties for special programs as .

Operate tools and equipment in performance of duties.

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED .
2 years of college or technical school preferred (may substitute experience for education on a year-by-year basis).
Minimum 5 years general experience
Minimum 3 years specific experience in material handling, supply, distribution, inspection, quality assurance, or related areas.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of supply inspection/examination procedures for material.
Knowledge of inventory research techniques for unmarked/defective material requiring identification.
Proficient in the use of Distribution Standard System (DSS) and other automated distribution systems used at site. Familiar with MIL-STD 129.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite including, Word, Excel, Access and E-mail business software.
Demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a team.
Ability to work effectively under a minimum of supervision.
Ability to multi-task efficiently, works in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and has a strong attention for detail.
Security Clearance:
Position requires U.S. Citizenship, a US Government background check
If SECRET Clearance Level is , candidate must also:
Have a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance or be able to successfully complete a U.S. government administered Investigation.

We are looking for a Delivery Supervisor to join our Team. In this role you will be responsible for managing a Team of talented CDL Drivers and oversee the day-to-day operations of the department. This includes supporting our Transportation Drivers in a timely manner and overseeing dispatching of delivery routes.

Must be at least 21 years of age.
3+ years in delivery driver position
1+ years' supervisor experience

Responsible for publishing three predetermined Roadnet reports each day to Branch Management personnel, including the daily cases report
Support Transportation Manager with these key duties:
Personal involvement in resolving discrepancies issued to delivery personnel by the cashier department and follow up on all complaints relating to delivery personnel.
Conduct monthly safety training meetings.
Conduct performance evaluations for all members of the Transportation Department
Ensures that fleet related issues are reported to Operations Manager and Mechanic for corrective action taken.
Ensure that DOT files and MEDICAL CARDS are current for all Drivers with a CDL license.
Ensure that all Transportation Drivers are logged onto Roadnet each morning.
Processes all uniform orders for all department personnel as needed.
Processes all payroll documents as needed to ensure proper payment to employees.
Performs other duties as assigned.
