This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a smooth operation of the Warehouse Department and providing general supervision of all warehouse operations and functional processes within the department. • Maintain inventory levels through SAP warehouse monitor and ensure appropriate material movement transactions occur.
• Responsible for compliance and knowledge with OSHA regulations and other safety standards.
• Safely maintain facility in accordance with company and governmental standards.
• Ensure that warehousing procedures offer the cost-effective solutions that drive profitability.
• Must facilitate communication with the quality assurance personnel regarding the ingredients, lot numbers, and any issues regarding existing stock.
• Must stand in as department leader in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform their duties satisfactorily. The following list is representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
• 2-3 years of Leadership experience. Preferably in high-volume warehousing.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment, also SQF or AIB audits.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, work instructions, and inter-company memos/outside correspondence professionally.
• Management of warehouse staff (including hiring, training, developing, motivating, and resolving associate issues).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• 5S/Lean experience a plus.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing. Complete working knowledge of the manufacturing process, typically resulting from a minimum of five years' experience in related jobs. Experience in the Food industry preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Assistant Transportation Supervisor assists in supervising the facility's transportation operations and personnel. It helps to ensure that Transportation Officers are properly scheduled to transport inmate and vehicles are ready and available. We reward and recognize our employees based on our values of Aspire to Greatness, Respect All, Own It, Working Together, Persist with Passion.Who We're Looking For:As a key member of the Operations team, the Lead Material Handler will coordinate the flow of raw and finished goods materials within the plant, resolving inventory discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and inventory management procedures.About the Role:
Act as a team leader, providing support and training to material handling staff while ensuring accuracy in ERP systems and inventory processes.
Ensure Kanban systems are properly updated, and materials are available as needed.
Generate and submit reports on material usage, inventory status, and discrepancies.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to create reports and manage data.
Create, perform, and enter cycle counts into the ERP system.
Work independently to manage priorities and tasks while collaborating with production, quality, and planning teams to ensure seamless operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification preferred
3+ years of experience in material handling or inventory management in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with experience leading a team or training staff
Knowledge of inventory management practices, including cycle counting and Kanban systems
