What You'll Need
* Bachelor's or associate degree in management, administration, supply chain, customer service, or 5+ years working experience in product distribution to customer base.
* Knowledge of the safety and legal documentation processes for handling related warehouse activities (MSDS, Equipment checklist, BOL).
* Working understanding of Warehouse Management System.
* Should have excellent leadership and administration skills and abilities.
* Strong motivational, effectual team building, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to effectively manage time and resolve crises.
* Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.
* Able to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you.
* Ability to work overtime as needed.

1. Order Picking (30%):
Review regular orders (paper) and Pick Lists (RF Gen), pick materials utilizing forklift throughout warehouse and assemble in a staging lane.

**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities**
+ Provides departmental input to DC Manager for development of operating plans for warehouse and transportation operations in support of organizational goals including facility, equipment and staff.
+ Identifies departmental financial resources necessary to support operating plan and provide cost justification for departmental spending; participates with DC Manager in the development of department operating budgets.
+ Provides process improvement recommendations to DC Manager and implements process improvement action plans within the department. Conducts routine departmental analysis on functions, processes, asset utilization (equipment, resources, and labor) and communicates results of departmental analysis to DC Manager.
+ Leads associates to be fully compliant with all safety and Hazmat rules and regulations, legal regulations, and human resource policies; ensures safety and security of associates, facility, equipment, and inventory relevant to department. Reports safety and security discrepancies to DC Manager.

THE POSITION: Warehouse Receiver
The Warehouse Senior Receiver will assist with overall warehouse operational functions. This will include planning, and daily activities such as receiving and stowing, picking, and packing, shipping, inventory management, and documentation. Monitors the safety and security of goods and materials and accuracy of all stock to maintain high performance of the warehouse's storage. Utilizes a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other databases to track, analyze, and report processes and performance.
Essential Job Functions of the position may include:
* Receive shipments from freight lines, UPS, and FedEx.
* Open all shipments to confirm product received and accurate-repackage for storage.
* Process back up paperwork and track incoming shipments on purchase logs.
* Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.

* Label all incoming parts.
* Store all incoming parts in proper location.
* Receive all transfer parts - update transfer log.
* Process outgoing orders at times.
* Transfers - pack all transfer parts, generate, and process paperwork and maintain log.

* Inventory -Assist with month end inventory count, prepare warehouse for inventory - clean/sort/get all parts in proper location, make sure parts are labeled properly for the month end cycle count, Place orders for parts as directed by manager, follow up on all orders until received.
* RMAs - Receive all returned parts from customer - follow up on parts being sent back to our vendors & Work closely with the manager on entire process.
Education, experience, and skills requirements:
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Able to read, write, and understand English. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
* Two-year (or more) shipping, receiving and warehouse experience required. Factory-specific experience a plus.
* Forklift Certified required.
* Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. Must have the ability to bend and/or stand for up to 8 hours.
* Must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
* Prior work experience of WMS or similar systems preferred.
* Work closely with Warehouse Management troubleshooting and solving receiving and inventory problems.
* Must follow safety procedures and wear required safety equipment.
