Standard hours are 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This role may require limited Saturday availability a few times per quarter and additional hours during peak holiday periods to support inventory operations.
What will you do in this role?
Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure timely picking, replenishment, and delivery of goods to production

• Complete purchase orders for field requests, tracking materials as necessary to assure schedules can be met. Provide information which assures the correct and timely handling of materials and paper work and maintain accurate records reflecting status of equipment, materials, and any backorders
• Keep field technicians and project managers informed to assure that they know when material, will arrive, and in the event we are not meeting a promise, advise the customer of same and make a new promise.
Tools, equipment, and safety items
• Responsible for daily checklist of truck and forklift maintenance and reporting in/out times with merchandise returns.
• Organizes and operates the tool area and maintains in a superior condition at all times;
• Maintains Tool Sign In/Out Log; follows up with checked-out tools that are out longer than recorded;
• Ensures Company tools are well maintained; coordinating tool repairs, as required;
• Performs a monthly or quarterly, as required by the Controller, physical inventory of all tools;
• Maintains inventory of PPE and other safety items required for performance of the work
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma required; trade school or associates degree preferred
• 5 years of warehouse experience, preferably for a mechanical contractor
• Working knowledge of HVAC materials and equipment
• Working knowledge of tools and power tools
• Forklift certification and experience
• Strong working knowledge with Excel, MS Office suite, and ERP software
• Valid Driver's License
• CDL driver's license
• Clean driving record

Purpose:
