Systems & Documentation Ensure 100% accuracy of all shipping documentation, including printing Bills of Lading (BOLs) and preparing packing lists. Manage all cross-border documentation for U.S./Canada shipments, ensuring compliance with commercial invoices, packing lists, and USMCA forms. Maintain shipping data and close out shipments in the company ERP system (Magic). Update customer-specific supplier portals (e.g., Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco) with Advance Ship Notices (ASNs) and routing information. Qualifications & Ideal Profile Required: Experience: 5-10 years of experience in traffic, logistics, or shipping supervision. Volume: Proven experience managing a high-volume dock (comfort with 20-50 truckloads per day). Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a small dock-side team calmly and clearly. Cross-Border: Fluency in preparing and managing U.S./Canada shipping documentation (USMCA, commercial invoices, etc.). Systems: Proficiency with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Magic, etc.) and experience using customer/supplier portals (e.g., Walmart, Costco, Target). Skills: Direct, professional, and responsive communicator. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.
