A Day in The Life of a Senior Associate
As a Senior Associate in Operations, you will be responsible for performing assigned warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, as well as housekeeping of other assigned areas. Summary:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving all products brought into the Saco Facility
Manages all daily warehouse shift activities, including task checklists, and ensures that all necessary documentation is available, complete, and legible for each shift (e.g., receiving checklist, product variance form)
Manage schedule in ADP for warehouse team, including weekly timecard approval, time off requests, including documenting performance and completing annual reviews
Maintain current oil sample program for established supplier accounts as well as internal sample procedure
Responsible for the proper completion of forklift and pallet jack checklists (Fleetio) daily
Arranges cleaning and maintenance of mobile equipment in the facility utilizing our internal equipment management software (Fleetio)
Adheres to, and enforces all company safety policies in the warehouse
Responsible for physical inventory count of Saco Warehouse
Submit monthly filing of SPCC document for Saco facility (Fleetio)
Manages and acts as backup for the picking and loading of all lubricant delivery trucks scheduled out of Saco as needed
Ensures accurate logging all inventory moves within the company barcoding software
Complete daily inventory production based on information provided by management
Provide new warehouse employee training when required
Ensures all daily documentation is accurate and submitted electronically to headquarters
Reviews all completed work to ensure quality standards are met
Ensures all deadlines are being met for production, equipment and deliveries

Purpose
