Provide recommendations to increase productivity and efficiency of the department. Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment used according to company policies and procedures. Ensures that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures. Make suggestions for improvement to inventory and receiving processes; update work instructions as needed Monitor KPI`s for Inventory transactions including Picks, STO`s, Cycle Counts & Receiving Receipts along with Warehouse Manager. Conduct morning tailgate meetings including safety tips for the day. Panel Shipment preparation and coordination of the shipments Monitor back orders and address accordingly Ensure all transactions are done before the target date and address any open STO`s Will be responsible for reporting any incidents and documentation of the incident Review all SOP`s within scope of the warehouse and revise as necessary to reflect the actual process. Perform other related duties as assigned. The experience we're looking to add to our team: At least 4 years of experience in inventory, shipping and receiving, logistics, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them. Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse management procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented skills. Solid organizational and time management skills.
