Job Purpose:
Assists in compliance with established procedures and maintains effective internal controls over the physical product flow and accounting of inventory, receiving, shipping, and other inventory areas in manufacturing, warehousing (internal and third party), and DC operations.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate the flow of materials and trailers throughout the shipping and receiving operation, maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Oversee the warehouse team performance
Ensure the warehouse team is adhering to Company policies and procedures including safety policies and verify that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is being appropriately utilized.
Oversee fulfillment of customer orders including the loading of vehicles with materials and equipment as detailed on the paperwork.
Ensure customer service is being provided at the highest Company standard.
Load company delivery vehicles with materials and equipment as detailed on the paperwork
Take direction from Inventory Manager including assisting with unloading vendor deliveries, ensuring that all materials detailed on the delivery paperwork are received and verified. Put away vendor deliveries in an orderly manner.
Ensure that small equipment is assembled as needed.
Ensure the warehouse and yard is orderly and presentable
Oversee snow removal and salting facility areas as needed during inclement weather.
Process and distribute all paperwork according to company policies on a daily basis.
Monitor 2-way radio for warehouse requests
Generate activity reports as requested by senior management
Train employees on Company policies including processing customer returns and appropriate paperwork needed
Facilitate intercompany transfer process including training warehouse staff on process
Serve as a liaison for customers and co-workers regarding issues, questions and/or concerns. Collect relevant information and provide information to appropriate manager. Assist management with obtaining necessary detail to better understand and help resolve these issues, questions and/or concerns.
Assist management with collecting information regarding workplace injuries, accidents and near miss instances involving Warehouse Team.
Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
Qualifications
A high-school diploma or Grade Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required for this job.
Prior experience in management is desired
Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
Knowledge of the safe operation of warehouse equipment such as forklifts.

Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills are necessary for this role.

, with hours from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The role follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule: two days on, two days off, three days on, followed by two days off, two days on, and three days off. Team members will work every other weekend, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Job Purpose:
Assists in compliance with established procedures and maintains effective internal controls over the physical product flow and accounting of inventory, receiving, shipping, and other inventory areas in manufacturing, warehousing (internal and third party), and DC operations.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to best practices for food safety and quality, along with promoting the fairlife culture of Believe in Better.
Coordinate the flow of materials and trailers throughout the shipping and receiving operation, maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Verify daily yard checks and call out any concerns.

Maintain accurate filing system of controlled documents.
Assist Shipping Supervisor or Warehouse Manager with data collection.
