What you will be doing
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehousing activities. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and promoting a safe work environment.
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all warehouse operations as a hands-on leader, serving and motivating warehouse employees. Duties include supervision, training, inventory control, and safety enforcement. If you're passionate about optimizing warehouse efficiency, we'd love to have you on our team!

Main responsibilities
The salary range is $78,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Warehouse Lead Job Summary:
The primary function of the Warehouse Lead is to handle the shipping and receiving of all freight material arriving or leaving the facility, dispatching delivery drivers, and ensuring all stock orders are processed and put away. Processing cycle counts quarterly and processing all freight claims while communicating status of them with manager until resolved.
Warehouse Lead Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Dispatch delivery drivers.
2. Package and ship material as specified on authorized shipping documents, i.e., invoices, return merchandise requests, etc. for both operations.
3. Maintain warehouse to include stocking bins, location maintenance, and general housekeeping.
4. Process all vendor returns, cores, and other items according to established procedures.
5. Process all customer back orders according to established procedures.
6. Cycle counts to be finalized quarterly with 100 percent.
7. Ensure all cash sales are paid and or collected when delivered by drivers.
8. Maintain customer Will Call area.
9. Ensure all parts returned for warranty have the proper paperwork attached before sending to the warranty department.
10. Merging of duplicate Paccar POs with different reference #'s each day.
11. Complete Inner branch transfers, In and out of our store.
12. Freight claims are all complete and processed in full from start to finish.
13. Working well with the warehouse crew and guiding them on how to complete their day-to-day tasks. Addressing issues with management for instructions on how to manage.
Warehouse Lead Qualifications:
Ability to read, write and comprehend English instructions and information. High school diploma or the equivalent. 18 years of age or older. Valid driver's license in good standing, as well as excellent, safe driving skills. Experience in shipping: knowledge of bills of lading, freight bills. Packaging skills: knowledge of how material should be packed to reach its destination economically and without damage. General parts knowledge is preferred. Excellent organization and communication skills. Ability to operate warehouse forklift and complete formal training program.
Working Conditions:
This position involves both sedentary and other work. For part of the shift, employee will work at a desk in a warehouse setting doing paperwork, telephoning, filing, and ten-key. For part of the shift, employee will stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach, moving about the dealership facility to communicate with managers, employees, and customers. Lifting of at least 50 lbs. without assistance on a daily basis, as well as heavier loads with forklifts and/or additional assistance will be required. Occasional overtime will be required outside of regularly scheduled hours. Will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust fumes, and a variety of other hazardous and nonhazardous materials.
