Summary

In this role, you will
Manage the facilities, equipment, and human resources of the Warehouse and Distribution department including hiring, firing, promoting, disciplining, and adjusting wages, within the limits of the approval of the Director of Operations and Republic's published policies and procedures.
Select and assign department personnel as required to meet the established departmental operating schedules, ensuring those all-departmental commitments for product receiving, stowage, truck loading and delivery services are met.
Work cooperatively with the sales department representatives to provide prompt, accurate product deliveries to the company's customers.
Be responsible for ensuring that installed security systems, procedures, and measures are in proper working order, that their use and implementation are clearly understood by warehouse employees and that they are utilized and enforced in order to eliminate pilferage and loss of product.
Have responsibility for inventoried items ensuring that they are properly stored in designated locations in order to facilitate access for delivery and that storage guidelines and procedures are observed in order to safeguard the inventory and to maximize product quality and shelf life.
Ensure properly trained, fully competent personnel regularly employ receiving procedures and that established documentation procedures are consistently followed to ensure accurate entry of quantities received into the warehouse inventory control system.

Good computer knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook email

Forklift certification preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Ability to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
Ability to lift 40-50 lb cases multiple times a day
Ability to work in -10 degree Fahrenheit (walk-in freezer)
Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
Positive attitude, always willing to assist team member when needed
Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Must have high attention to detail and be able to read and recognize product variations.
Starting Salary: $14 - $16 DOE

This position is responsible for all inbound product (Warehouse, Prepared Foods, Supplies, etc.) coming across the dock at PCF. Duties include rotation and supply of all products to all crews (loading) and all movement of product within the facility prior to actual picking of orders for loading. Must have the ability to take direction from multiple supervisors through changing shifts.
What you'll do...
Utilize RF gun to enter purchase order information and print manifests and tags.
Properly track paperwork from driver through receipt process.
Properly tag and distribute received product to pick slot and rotation.
Ability to multi-task under time sensitive conditions.
Ability to meet productivity requirements while operating in a safe and efficient manner.
Organize and maintain inventory in the slot.
Keep the warehouse organized and clean.
Other duties may be assigned.
