Manage time to ensure that assigned work is completed accurately and on schedule.
Proficient with Microsoft Office - MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, including documentation, database and digital platforms.
Interviewing, hiring, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Review garments and make accept/reject decisions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in textile or fashion design.
Experience in textile factories or weaving companies.
Strong knowledge or garment production processes and quality standards.

Job Requirements

As a Distribution Supervisor at our Moen distribution center, you will guide a team in our fully automated and largest facility. Essential Responsibilities:
Supervise, monitors and evaluates the staff including ensuring staff is adequately trained; coordinates, priorities and schedules workloads to ensure timely and effective completion of work.

Job Description
The Receiving Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all receiving, storage, and replenishment activities to ensure efficient material flow and inventory accuracy. This role focuses on developing and deploying best practices to optimize day-to-day operations, including inventory control, customer backorder recovery, space planning, third-party logistics (3PL) management, optimizing pick locations, and supporting new product launches.
