The Ecom Distribution Manager, North America will support the Director of Operations across 3PL initiatives, Logistics, e-commerce operations, and end-to-end inventory management for the North American region. This role is critical to ensuring scalable, efficient, and accurate operational execution across wholesale, DTC, and omnichannel fulfillment, while coordinating closely with international partners and global logistics flows. The ideal candidate brings 7-10 years of experience in fashion retail 3PL, Logistics & Fulfillment Operations Key Responsibilities 3PL & Fulfillment Operations Act as the primary day-to-day operational partner to the Director of Operations on all 3PL initiatives. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, including onboarding, SLAs, KPIs, cost controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee inbound, outbound, and returns workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and service-level adherence. Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for fulfillment issues, delays, chargebacks, and discrepancies. Support RFPs, contract negotiations, and transitions between fulfillment partners as needed. E-commerce Operations Own operational execution for DTC e-commerce fulfillment, including order management, shipping logic, returns, and customer service handoffs. Partner cross-functionally with E-commerce, Customer Experience, IT, and Finance to support site launches, promotions, peak planning, and new channel rollouts. Ensure operational readiness for high-volume periods (e.g., launches, holidays, promotions), including forecasting, staffing alignment, and contingency planning. Monitor and report on key e-commerce operational metrics such as order cycle time, fill rate, on-time shipment, and return rates. International Logistics Inventory Management & Control Manage inventory accuracy and integrity across warehouses, stores (if applicable), and systems. Oversee inventory reconciliation processes, cycle counts, physical inventories, and shrink investigation. Partner with Planning, Merchandising, and Finance to support inventory forecasting, allocation, and replenishment strategies. Ensure clean inventory flow from PO receipt through fulfillment, transfers, and returns. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce aged inventory, excess stock, and operational inefficiencies. Systems, Process & Reporting Serve as a key operational user and subject-matter expert for OMS, WMS, ERP, and inventory systems. Support system enhancements, testing, integrations, and documentation related to fulfillment and inventory workflows. Develop and maintain operational SOPs, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into performance and risks. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, cost efficiency, and customer experience. Leadership & Collaboration Act as a trusted thought partner to the Director of Operations, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Overseeing 3PL operations KPI and Data Tracking is Paramount Manage and/or mentor junior operations team members as the organization scales. Job Description Responsible for leading the coordination of the receipt of inbound cargo and the release of outbound cargo under the requirements assigned by Supervisors or Manager in an efficient and organized manner. To ensure all cargo is received in conformance with NNR requirements and all cargo is shipped in conformance with Customer requirements. Duties & Functions Essential: • Receive and check-in all in-bound cargo (including Dangerous Goods) per required schedule including storage and handling under TSA regulations and comply with customer requirements. • Release and load all out-bound cargo per required schedule and comply with customer requirements. • All cargo must be checked prior to receipt/release for damage, loss, missing paperwork or other non-conformities. • All cargo received must have a completed warehouse/dock receipt completed with proper descriptions including accurate piece count and scaled weight. • Label outbound cargo (if applicable) House and/or Master Labels after verification against documentation for correctness. • Prepare all cargo to ensure shipment integrity: Re-palletizing, shrink-wrapping, banding, application of handling labels, etc. as determined by the Supervisor or Manager. • Ensure all Hazardous Materials are received, stored and handled properly per IATA, DOT, IMDG & TSA regulations. • Building of pallets and ULD's including Main Deck Pallets as required by Manager or Supervisor. • Breaking down of pallets and ULD's including Main Deck pallets as required by Manager or Supervisor if applicable. • Responsible for Screening Cargo, devanning and loading sea freight containers. • Maintain client inventory, on hand notices and handle pick & pack as determined by 3PL customer requirements if applicable. • Keep the warehouse clean and ensure that the maintenance of Warehouse Equipment is done as scheduled, request repairs as necessary and maintain warehouse supplies inventory. • Assist with customer service correspondence. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. Job Summary: With reporting responsibilities to the Customer Success Manager or Warehouse Manager, this position is directly responsible for the day to day dock activities, document preparations and filing. May be required to understand customer pricing and when asked must accurately update transactions in the computer database. This position will have daily interaction with the Plastic Express warehouse employees, company and non-company drivers, dispatchers and associates, shipping companies, company vendors and support staff. The Warehouse Coordinator will work closely with and provide prompt feedback to: Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources and other company management. During the course of business, the Warehouse Coordinator is not to share any confidential information with anyone other than their direct manager or executives of Plastic Express. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for handling fresh produce in a refrigerated warehouse environment. This includes picking and staging orders, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring all products meet quality and food safety standards.
