Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm Key Responsibilities: * Process outgoing shipments through IQMS, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. * Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. * Process UPS and FedEx shipments. * Receive and verify incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and proper inventory placement. * Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, including bills of lading and freight documents. * Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality concerns immediately. * Operate forklifts and hand-held scanners safely and effectively. * Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) utilization and maintain 5S standards throughout the warehouse. * Assist with quarterly inventory and general warehouse organization. * Follow all safety and environmental procedures and maintain a clean work area. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with shipping and receiving responsibilities. * Forklift certified (or ability to become certified). * Experience using scanner equipment and warehouse management systems (IQMS preferred). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment. * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Work Environment & Expectations: * Manufacturing environment that may be hot, noisy, or dusty. * Requires substantial physical activity including reaching, lifting, and stepping on/off forklifts. * Shipping and receiving performed in all weather conditions (snow, rain, heat). * Responsible for ensuring all products meet quality standards before shipping.
