We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, fleet management, and facility upkeep while driving process improvements that keep our projects running smoothly. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical workflows, lead operational enhancements, and support a growing team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining an efficient, safe, and well-organized facility, including: Warehouse & Logistics Optimize warehouse processes to improve receiving, tracking, storing, returns, and repairs. Manage inbound and outbound goods flow to ensure project delivery timelines are met. Lead improvement initiatives to streamline inventory, PPE distribution, tool management, and material stock. Facility & Office Support Maintain a clean, functional, and secure office environment. Create and follow up on work orders; perform minor maintenance tasks. Manage office and kitchen supply inventory, as well as site visitor processes. Fleet Management Oversee documentation, registration, insurance, toll transponders, and maintenance for fleet vehicles. Ensure timely renewal and compliance of all fleet-related tools and records. Additional Responsibilities Support internal teams as needed. Prepare documentation, reports, and inventory records. Uphold high operational standards and accountability across the team. Qualifications & Skills for Success: 2-3 years of prior warehouse or logistics management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams). Working knowledge of material logistics, inventory systems, and production/order workflows. Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, organized, and reliable with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to hold others accountable and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Experience with ERP systems, digital tools, or lean manufacturing principles (preferred). Prior experience in warehouse logistics (preferred). Required: High school diploma or GED. Clean driving record. Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric approach. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts or related equipment.
