Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar supervisory role.
Required: Experience in the wire and cable industry or a comparable manufacturing/distribution environment.
Strong background in domestic transportation management and carrier coordination.
Proficient in WMS software for inventory, shipping, and receiving.
Strong understanding of warehouse/manufacturing safety regulations and best practices.

You Will:
Under the direction of the Warehouse Operations Manager or Warehouse Assistant Operations Manager, organize the mail flow on the production floor by assigning workers, assessing volumes and type of mail based on current staffing levels to meet postal deadlines.
Responsible for supervising the production workers on the designated shift.
Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and appraising performance.
You will also reward and discipline employees while addressing complaints and solving problems.
Fulfills supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Supervise quality function throughout the production area.
Ensure that the TQM (Total Quality Management) processes and procedures are always followed.

Your Background:

Compensation:
This position is hourly. Pay starts at $20/hour with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $21.20/hour
+ $1/hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators**
$1/hour for working overnight shift

You will report directly to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and have regular interaction with other Warehouse Associates.
Join us at our state-of-the-art 1.3 million sq. ft. distribution center! 400 Bordentown Hedding Rd, Bordentown, NJ 08505.
Flexible Shifts:
Overnight shift: Monday - Friday 8:00pm start time (Powered Equipment Operators wanted ONLY)
TOTAL PAY: $22 per hour!
You Will
Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, like unloading, sorting, labeling, and packing, with high quality
Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed
Meet requirements for safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime as needed
Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements
Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team
You Have
Comfortability working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age
The physical requirements for this position include frequently lifting, pushing, and sliding packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may have to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team environment
*For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environments
Great attention to detail, quality, and safety
