This role ensures material readiness, inventory accuracy, safe handling of critical components, and reliable logistics execution to support commissioning, mobilizations, corrective maintenance, and long-term system performance. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, plan, and execute all warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch.
Establish clear work priorities and workflow to support field teams, preventive maintenance schedules, corrective dispatches, and project mobilizations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment that reflects HyperStrong's disciplined operational culture.
Ensure full compliance with OSHA standards, HyperStrong safety policies, and material handling protocols.
Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliation, and variance analysis within ERP/WMS systems.
Support spare-parts readiness strategies aligned with commissioning, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, warranty requirements, and long-lead component planning.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Project Execution, and Field Service teams to meet delivery commitments and site requirements.
Resolve shipping discrepancies, damage claims, shortages, and non-conforming material issues promptly and systematically.
Develop, implement, and maintain warehouse procedures, work instructions, and Operation Description Sheets (ODS) that reflect HyperStrong's operating standards.
Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen accuracy, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory accuracy, fulfillment speed, warehouse utilization, and operational cost performance.
Support budget planning and cost management for warehouse labor, equipment, consumables, and third-party services.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Proven experience with ERP and WMS platforms supporting industrial, construction, or technical operations.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination, and material handling best practices.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
Forklift and material-handling equipment certification, or ability to obtain.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely operate material handling equipment.
Preferred Qualifications

Ensure all parts and equipment items are kept with like parts and equipment and that bin locations are properly recorded in the inventory management system for ease of locating and inventory control. Consistency in location is a key result of these efforts.
Conduct random inventory cycle counts as requested by management to verify accurate stock counts.
Ensure shipping accuracy by confirming exact part numbers and/or model and serial numbers along with correct ordered amount against all order paperwork from sales and service. Discrepancies are to be immediately communicated to your manager.
Coordinate pick-up and deliveries with 3rd party carriers.
Receive stock deliveries, unpack, confirm receipt, and put away in correct location. Input and track inventory in ERP system and/or SAP.
Arrange stock transfers in/out of other branches - coordinate and stage service parts for service technicians.
Ensure compliance with all applicable EH&S and OSHA rules and laws, and company ISO quality standards.
Label units and equipment by creating a large 8.5 x 11 identification sheet indicating the model and serial number and placing on the outside of unit/equipment ensuring its visibility from the floor.
Units/equipment must be organized and stored in a central area for ease of retrieval and inventory counts.

Education:

Cable Crimping
Proficient in the process of cutting, testing, and crimping cables with different connectors.
Understand the testing process and experience on how to operate an analyzer and multimeter.
Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive specialist production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies such as cables, harnesses, and control panels.
Production of wire harness and cable assemblies using hand and power tools (including specialized crimpers, drills, soldering tools, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, wire strippers, precision measuring instruments, etc.)
Daily cable and harness techniques (wire cutting, stripping, crimping, pinning out, soldering, braiding, use of lacing tape to secure wire bundles, testing, etc.)
Ability to read and understand the customer drawings, parts list, wire list, and instructions on how to manufacture the wire harness and cable assembly.
Make continuity checks on work in process.
Conduct in-process inspections on product in accordance with quality specifications.
Work collaboratively with the Management team to correct and improve upon any documents related to the assembly process.
Administration and Reporting

Qualifications & Experience
High school degree or equivalent (previous experience will be considered)
Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English.
Displayed comprehension of assembly practices and technologies.
Familiarity with assembly tools, processes, and terminology.
Ability to distinguish colors is required.
Technical knowledge of electronics and mechanical designs; must be able to read and understand customer drawings and or schematics.
Understanding of the application and functioning of test equipment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Individual must be able to work at the pace necessary to meet customer demands with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated team player.
IPC Solder and Rework Certified a plus.
Lift up to 60 pounds.
RF experience would be advantageous.
