Key Responsibilities: Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy and timely documentation Manage dock scheduling and customer appointments via the Transportation Management System (TMS) Coordinate priorities with the Capacity Planner and Commercial Team Ensure clerks and supervisors follow SOPs and safety protocols (e.g., trailer inspections, wheel chocking) Enter POs and BOLs into ERP system (NetSuite) after unload verification Lead automated BOL processes for all outbound shipments Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify documentation (lot codes, expiration dates, etc.) Upload BOLs to corresponding records in ERP Develop, monitor, and report warehouse KPIs Schedule, coach, and train forklift operators Oversee and maintain warehouse equipment and facility assets Keep production, warehouse, and office areas clean and operational Serve as SQF Practitioner and HACCP Team Lead (certifications required or to be obtained) Act as point of contact for audits and certifications (e.g., Organic, Kosher) Ensure OSHA compliance and forklift certification for all operators Lead training on safety, quality, and compliance protocols Maintain system data integrity across TMS, WMS, and ERP systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Plant Director Qualifications: 5+ years in warehouse/logistics management, preferably in a high-volume or automated environment Experience with TMS, WMS, and ERP systems; NetSuite strongly preferred Strong knowledge of OSHA, SQF, HACCP, and warehouse safety standards Proven team leadership and coaching experience Skilled in equipment and facility maintenance practices Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain): SQF Practitioner, HACCP, Forklift Trainer Physical Demands Work is performed in a warehouse environment subject to seasonal temperature fluctuations.
