You have great communication skills & you're proficient in English (verbal and written). Bonus points if you have previous warehouse or stocking experience. You have experience operating a forklift and willing to be certified on an order picker. You are able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. The hourly range for this role is $17.00 - $19.50 which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Encompass is a pay for performance-company.
