Job Summary:As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll play a key leadership role in managing the shipping and receiving process, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring efficient flow of products through all stages of the order cycle. You'll oversee logistics operations, train and guide teammembers, and collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all inbound and outbound processes, including verification of shipments and receipts
Train, lead, and support the Logistics Clerks and Receiving Team
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure WMS data aligns with physical counts
Monitor stock, transport costs, productivity, and delivery timelines
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Check in trucks and ensure all shipping/receiving documentation is completed accurately
Analyze and reconcile inventory data; assist with month-end and year-end audits
Promote safe work practices and adherence to warehouse and food safety standards
Collaborate with operations to maintain FIFO product flow and resolve customer concerns
What You'll Need:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse coordination
Proven leadership experience and strong team development skills
Proficiency in Excel, WMS systems (Deposco or similar), and data reporting

Ensure documents are complete and current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) are maintained.
Apply comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of supply and logistics processes, concepts, policies and regulations to manage difficult work assignments affecting supply operations and equipment.
Have the ability to work with 3PL on specific supply chain problems, shipping, receiving and storage.
Have the ability to perform and respond to emergency shipments within a 90 minute timeframe.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (may be substituted for six years of experience)
Two years of experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management systems and database management to maintain data accuracy
Oracle knowledge is a plus
Ability to work with 3PL on specific supply chain problems, shipping, receiving, and storage
Ability to perform and respond to emergency shipments within a 90-minute timeframe

The Inventory Control Associate ensures the security of company inventory through periodic audits and evaluation of physical inventory. The Associate follows procedures of handlings and/or recording movement of inventory.

As a Inventory Control Associate you will:
Performs cycle at the beginning of every month to ensure inventory accuracy, and security of companys merchandise.
Follows companys scanning policy, and reports all discrepancies to management.
Investigates all unallocated merchandise.
Ensures all ISTs and transfers are done properly.
Verifies all customer pick-ups are picked and finalized correctly.
Trains all warehouse, when needed, to properly locating merchandise to reduce inaccuracy.
Prepares reports recording accuracy and recovery of all inventory.
Investigates shortages of inventory and recommends measures to be implemented to prevent shortages.
Reports all scanned short and scanned sold to inventory manager to resolve incorrect merchandise.
Reports all damaged merchandise to management including pictures for security.
Accept responsibility for safety and security of all company property in assigned area.
Maintain equipment and work area is in clean and orderly condition.
Maintains records and files in an orderly condition.
Perform duties in accordance with companys safety rules and operating regulations and practices. Report any unsafe conditions or practices.
Undertake and support any policy, change, system or work rules the company implements regarding the purpose of this position.
Must be able to left, stoop, bend, push or pull up to 100 pounds.
Must be able to sit/stand for an eight hour shift.
