Maintain documentation of serial numbers, shipping receipts, and RMA forms for compliance and traceability. Act as the designated Point of Contact (POC) for the warehouse location. Monitor and control access to the facility; ensure that all personnel entering the warehouse are authorized and logged. Report any safety, security, or inventory discrepancies to the Director of Asset Management immediately. Follow all workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. Inventory & Reporting Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Equipment Familiarization Learn basic operation of CEIA OPENGATE metal detectors to perform simple power and function checks (not as a field technician). Work Hours/ Shift/ Remote Must be willing and able to work any assigned shift ranging from first, second, or third shift. Work schedule may be Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, or some combination thereof based on business needs. Responsibilities/ Accountabilities * Inspect carriers/trailers of inbound and outbound shipments. * Escorts drivers always when in the facility. * Receives and unloads freight, checks for damaged goods, verifies items and quantities received with BOL, Packing List, PO, etc. * Moves materials as required for sampling, inspection, status label changes, etc. * Move materials from Quarantine to Released or Rejected areas as directed by Warehouse Management. * Perform dispensing activities for Packaging and Raw materials. * Picks materials from Released inventory following GMP rules as required per production schedule, pick list, or production record requirement. * Make the necessary documentation entries. * Deliver materials to specified locations in the warehouse. * Load outbound freight as specified in BOL's after confirming material or production descriptions, lot numbers, count and quantities. * Perform inventory counts as required. * Maintains assigned areas in a clean and orderly state. Performs minor and spot cleaning as required. * Verifies documentation and reports for accuracy. * Complies will all aspects of quality management system, cGMP policies, documentation and record keeping in accordance with industry and FDA standards and Safety and sanitation regulations. * Other duties assigned as required by Warehouse Management. Education Qualifications * High School Diploma (or equivalent experience) Experience * Two (2) to three (3) years of direct work experience in warehousing. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in pharmaceutical warehousing. * Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification. Skills/ Competencies * Must have legible handwriting, and the ability to perform accurate documentation. * Must be able to count accurately and have good basic math. skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing. * Must be organized, capable of following instructions, and can coordinate multiple activities simultaneously. * Basic computer skills. * Must be willing to work in a generic pharmaceutical warehouse setting. * Must have the physical ability, coordination, skills, and judgment necessary to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks safely and without damage to materials, equipment, or facilities. * Must be able to lift to 50 pounds, in a safe manner.
