The Retail Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels on the sales floor and collaborating with the Visual Merchandiser to ensure effective product placement. They oversee warehouse operations, including product setup, wrapping, and storage for customer pick-up or delivery, while upholding the warehouse's cleanliness and organization.
What You'll Do
Manually unload and load products repeatedly from semi-trailers
Maintain floor inventory by arranging the showroom floor and setting up incoming products, including transferring products from the warehouse to the floor and monitoring product quality
Remove sold products from the floor, wrap and store them for customer delivery, or load them into customer vehicles for pickup
Communicate with the Visual team daily or weekly to prioritize work for arranging the floor and incoming merchandise
Handle the clerical aspects of warehouse operations, including documenting product receipt
Receive, distribute, and install parts for repairing floor samples as needed
Organize and maintain the warehouse, performing general housekeeping duties and keeping the backroom warehousing area clean
Perform building maintenance tasks and complete minor repairs as necessary
Complete and submit the weekly warehouse checklist
Work to reduce store operating expenses related to warehouse functions
Fulfil other duties and special projects as assigned

We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Sacramento, CA. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the warehouse remains cleaned, organized and inventory is tracked and organized.

The Role
* Maintain warehouse, ensuring it remains cleaned and organized
* Track and maintains inventory for all equipment & parts, keeping items locked and organized
* Place orders and manage intake of deliveries, stocking shelves
* Issue/return equipment to Technician's on a daily and weekly basis
* Complete a daily reconciliation of technician equipment levels
* Participate in company vehicle management: clean and detail vehicles, deliver vehicles requiring repair to the repair shop
* Assign uniforms, tools, and safety gear to all technicians; ensuring invoices are signed
* Other duties as assigned
Requirements
* 1+ years in broadband, telecommunications, warehouse or related experience preferred
* Ability to operate both a box truck and forklift
* Ability to work a rotating Saturday schedule
* Ability to operate a pallet jack and certified forklift operator preferred
* Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
* Ability to work independently
* Strong desire to grow and develop team members
* Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time
* Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools
* Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs
* Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver's license is required if the role involves driving; Class A CDL a plus
* Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)

Job Purpose
The Packing Inspector is mainly responsible for inspecting and packing finished products.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)*
Visually Inspect and pack finished products
· Ensure picked products matches with ticket order
· Use ERP to process shipments.
· Communicate with liaison/ coordinator regarding product issues/ troubleshooting escalation
Maintain a safe, clean, organized and healthy environment at all times
Must be able to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable
Assist in other warehouse areas when we are short-handed
Other duties as assigned, needed or required
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
· High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years' prior experience in a similar role
· Show a high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
