Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary). Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with company safety standards. Assist with documentation, labeling, and data entry into the warehouse management system (WMS/ERP). Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations and logistics. Provide backup support during absences or peak workloads to ensure smooth warehouse flow. Potential deliveries to customer locations using a company vehicle. Preferred candidate has valid driver's license and clean MVR. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred (manufacturing environment a plus). Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety practices. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Basic computer skills; ability to learn inventory/ERP systems.
