Arrival/Departure Airfield Control Group (ADACG) Coordinates the processing, loading of personnel and cargo based on deployment plans, and aircraft schedules. Performs passenger service duties to ensure quality customer service and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Defense Transportation Regulations. Performs passenger service dispatch duties, maintains aircraft status boards, receives air mission set-ups, and relays information on passenger processing and movements to the ADACG Operations/Shift leader. Coordinates and controls the processing and movement of passengers through air terminal and other designated areas. Assist deploying unit with air passenger manifesting and ensures the air manifest is legible with all required data. Briefs troop commander IAW anti-hijacking procedures, and ensures all hand carried items are within established weight and size restrictions. Provides passengers with flight information/delays. Primary purpose of the work is to provide air transportation cargo/personnel support services within a secure military deployment area.
