Lifting
Frequent lifting of fixtures15-30lbs Regular lifting of fixtures 30-75lbs Receive help with lifting heavier fixtures
Bending/Twisting
Frequent bending and twisting more than 90° in each direction.
Use of Power Tools
Frequent use of small handheld tools including but not limited to: Drills, palm sanders, routers, utility knives, tape measure, etc. Regular use of medium to large power tools including but not limited to: Table saws, chop saws, band saws, etc. Other duties and tasks are assigned as needed.

Follow Menards safety policies and procedures and encourage other Team Members to do the same. Utilize equipment to assist in the production of wood and other raw materials into various fixtures. Ability to work at a production workstation producing multiple fixtures, or parts of fixtures, for full shifts that may vary up to 12 hours per day. Work at a quick pace while keeping up with high quality standards Maintain a clean, organized workstation Read blue prints, fill out paperwork, and use a tape measure while being able to perform general math skills accurately Perform any or all of the above duties, or other assigned duties, at any given time, based on the ability to properly perform these duties in a safe and efficient manner Additional duties that may be assigned by Team Leaders and Plant Management
