Responsibilities:
Receiving
Ensure all supplier & customer ASN's are entered and/or electronically loaded within specified times
Coordinate all material activities as it relates to “sequence only” product
Load and review supplier ASN's against receipts to make sure they are correct and transmitted within specified time windows. Report discrepancies to the appropriate Material Planner.
Compare supplier's carrier against transportation routing instructions, complete Document of Excess Transportation Cost forms as necessary.
Notify appropriate Material Planner/Coordinator when new engineering level parts are received.
Prepare Fed Ex and UPS shipments daily
Generates miscellaneous reports for Materials and Receiving Departments, as necessary.
Enter packing slip information into Trans4M and attach the Bill of Ladings by end of business day. Initiate first follow up directly with suppliers on packing slip discrepancies and ASN issues.
Receive all non-production items against assigned discrete purchase orders. Notify recipient of receipt. Communicate MRO packing slip discrepancies to the originator.
Input DPR for shipping inaccuracies (labeling, no paperwork, no ASN, quantity discrep, late, etc.)
Track approved shipping labels for suppliers
Immediately report all damaged freight to the appropriate Material Planner. (
Monitor inventory levels by running required reports each shift to validate appropriate levels.
Provide direction to inbound carrier drivers for dock assignment and / or drop yard instructions.
Receive, process and store all necessary shipment paperwork.
Shipping
Prepare customer shipping paperwork (bill of lading, packing slip)
Review bank status in Clark System & advise Supervisor of critical levels according to screen
Coordinate daily truck shipments
Fully responsible for “sequence only” product
Provide appropriate paperwork including dunnage loads to carrier drivers.
Provides back-up support for miscellaneous Materials functions.
Assist in all plant wide inventory activities, as required.
Limits of Authority
Advise Department Manager of those situations that may pose a significant risk to the program, product assurance, facilities, employee safety or customer satisfaction results.
Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformance relating to product, process & systems.
Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process or system.
Initiate, recommend or provide solutions thought the appropriate channels and verify implementation.
Control further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency is corrected.

Maintain an accurate record of inventory.
Inventory is a critical component of our operations. Accurate records and up-to-date inventory quantities are essential to ensure smooth production and meet customer needs.
This includes performing regular inventory counts, investigating discrepancies, and updating records in a timely manner.
Organize and optimize the warehouse and manage the flow of its contents.
The warehouse acts as a major hub for all things that move in and out of the facility, and when it is running well, the business does better for it.
This role will facilitate the transfer of goods and help queue them for upcoming production runs.
Receive and organize incoming goods.
OBX has a healthy cadence of biomass that needs to be received, weighed, labeled, organized, and staged. This also needs to be inspected, sampled, and tracked both physically and in our digital system.
This is an important function as it supports many other departments: purchasing, production, inventory, and accounting.
Responsibilities and Duties
In addition to the above responsibilities, this position will also be responsible for the following.
Receive and organize all biomass and crude deliveries. Use pallet jacks, forklifts, and other appropriate tools as needed to unload trucks and organize goods within the warehouse.
Communicate any issues and nuances with the Purchasing & Inventory Manager and other stakeholders to find a resolution.
Prepare and queue materials needed by pulling them from their respective locations and organizing them in designated areas or delivering them to the appropriate location.
Accurately input data and information into our Enterprise Resource Planning system, Acumatica, as well as Google Sheets and other tracking systems.
Take photos of goods and paperwork being received; capturing detail and context for future reference.

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for the inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines. Through the use of company provided tools, the Inventory Specialist will document vehicle condition within company standards which includes a complete inventory and supporting photographs of each vehicle. In addition, by using a system of priorities, the Inventory Specialist will be responsible for directing the flow of traffic in the receiving area to ensure timely processing of vehicle inventory. Finally, through a thorough understanding of Copart policy, the Inventory Specialist will be responsible for facilitating the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer's needs.
* Monitor, maintain and organize the receiving area.
* Operate camera and utilize a handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles.
* Determine operational capability of motor vehicles Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles.
* Maintain inventory of all materials used.
* Compliance to company policies and procedures Compliance to safety requirements.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Must be 18 years or older
* Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
* General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred
* Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to operate handheld devices preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Driver's license preferred
* Bilingual skill a plus.
Pay $18.00 - $20.29 per hour

Position Overview :
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operator Warehouse I to join our Lenexa, KS facility. In this role, you will support warehouse operations by receiving, storing, retrieving, shipping, and cycle-counting raw and finished materials. You will work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, supporting internal and external customers while maintaining safety and accuracy in all tasks.
This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive, put away, pick, and ship raw and finished materials
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory
- Operate warehouse equipment (including forklift; certification provided if needed)
- Maintain housekeeping and organization of work areas
- Support special projects as assigned by the Lead or Logistics Manager
- Follow all company, safety, and regulatory guidelines (ISO, GMP, OSHA, DOT, IATA)
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass an MVR check (no offer extended without clearance)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly and 50 lbs up to 60 times per 12-hour shift
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Ability to perform basic math
- Basic PC skills
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Experience working 2nd shift strongly preferred
- Must be able to work the rotating night-shift schedule.
