To retrieve product from Storage Area based on customer order picking ticket using a reach lift and scanner. Create master pallet labels using the scanner. Transport product to shipping using the reach lift. Account for all product on order, load the product on the correct trailer using a forklift and scanner. Ensure all products is properly graded and loaded according to load specifications.

Select cases and other containers of food and non-foods products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. Items are placed on pallets and completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack/forklift, wrapped, labeled and readied for shipment in a timely manner observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Position Responsibilities:

Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along assigned multi-level racks and locate products according to order sheets.
Manually place the appropriate stock items on pallet from pick slots and racks as required. Use single and/or double pallets as directed.
Transport completed palletized customer order to shipping dock staging area. May be required to shrink-wrap pallet for staging.
Remove batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries, or attach re-charger and complete vehicle inspection checklist. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.

At start of shift check work orders, materials and supplies available for the scheduled work. Dock lock trailers and manually place dock plate on trailers as required. Unload trailers of incoming materials and supplies with a forklift, walkie-rider or pallet jack. Unload trailers of floor loaded cases by hand (10-30 lbs/ up to 3000 cases) onto pallets as instructed.
Perform count check of incoming items and verify against the bill of laden.
Perform damage control checks on items received and contact supervisor about removing items according to company policy. Arrange pallets and cases of stock items and transport to the staging area with a forklift, walkie-rider or pallet jack as needed.
Re-stack items on pallets, inspect packaging and secure as needed. Re-load of trailers with pallets according to work order specification and shipping schedule. Complete all related paperwork. Change forklift/pallet jack batteries with battery changing equipment.
Perform general housekeeping duties regarding tools and equipment and in work area as needed. At the end of shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork Perform additional job duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager
