The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for efficiently and accurately filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity. Responsible for all warehouse transactions, as well as the upkeep and maintenance of the branch warehouse environment and equipment.
What You'll Do
Contributes to a culture and environment focused daily on employee safety and a safe work environment. Follows established Standard Operating Procedures, Environmental Health and Safety Rules, and immediately addresses safety concerns
Receives material coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses. Verifies the quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against the packing list
Keeps incoming orders stocked on shelves orderly and in designated area and reports freight damage claims
Prepares branch orders from the warehouse and ensures that the correct number and type of product is being shipped
Processes paperwork regarding shipments including but not limited to; verifying that the merchandise to be shipped is correct, applying the correct postage tape and label, following customer shipping instructions and, insuring the shipment when necessary
Operates machinery including forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required
Loads common carrier and company vehicles
Inspects and performs minor maintenance on equipment
Performs inventory counts and reconciles any discrepancies
Makes deliveries to branches/customers as needed
Assists with other warehouse or branch duties as needed
Other duties as assigned

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for-
Kitting of shop orders to the production floor in a timely and accurate manner
Following all guidelines spelled out in the SOP-Stockroom Kitting
Performing Cycle Counts and being a key participant in the annual Physical Inventory
Requirements:
Maintain accuracy of picking and shop order kitting activities
Support Receiving, Return to Stock and de-kit material actions
Maintain inventory material locations
Ensure accuracy of inventory through various transactions in accordance with procedures
Ability to adapt to change and maintain a positive attitude
Provide courteous, professional service to internal customers when responding to service requests at the service window
Maintain security of inventory area and department
Support Change Orders and Material Purge processes
Support Cycle Counting
Conduct historical research and interpretation of material transactions
Transport material between production areas
Support shipping activities
Comply with and assist in the enforcement of all company safety policies
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous Manufacturing/Inventory experience desired
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work with changing demands in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers

JOB SUMMARY : Receive, store and issue all food, beverages an related supplies. Maintain sanitation and safety standards. Schedule if varied to include weekends and holidays.

DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
1. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays and split shifts.

3. Upon entering the property, arrive in proper uniform, crisp, clean and in good repair.
4. Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.
5. Attend all required training, safety courses; attend office and departmental meetings.
6. Report any safety hazards, follow up that hazard has been corrected, and assist with providing a safe work environment.
7. Inspect all purchases when received, insuring that quality meets standards, that quantity is as ordered and invoiced and that prices are as agreed to.
8. Assist in maintaining appropriate stock levels of all items in proper storage facilities, with appropriate sanitary conditions and under strict physical security.
9. Maintain accurate records of shelf life and advise the Food and Beverage Director and Executive Chef when items should be used.
10. Issue items to kitchen and bars based on properly prepared and signed request forms.
11. Assist the Storeroom Manager in costing out all food issues.
12. Maintain an accurate perpetual inventory of beverages on hand, recording all receipts and issues.
13. Assist the Storeroom Manager on the last day of each month, taking a physical inventory of all food and beverage items on hand.
14. Perform and follow up on any other duties as assigned by the Storeroom Manager.
