Major Responsibilities/Activities Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service to all Casino guests whether or not they are gambling. Prepare non-alcoholic beverage selections and necessary beverage condiments for Beverage Servers. Replenish supplies necessary to prepare beverages for Casino guests from back stock, as necessary. Restock beverage service stations with supplies used in providing beverages to Casino guests (cups, cup lids, napkins, etc.) Ensure coolers are cleaned and stocked with bottled water. Ensure bottled water cooler is full. Ensure all ice machines are full and clean. Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and stock levels of bag and box area. Maintain cleanliness of beverage service stations and beverage service carts. Remove empty cups and other beverage containers from gaming areas and dispose of them in the trash. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Stocking experience preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
