Department Facilities - Maintenance Responsibilities * Receives materials, via vendor delivery, and reviews purchase order to verify purchase and delivery of requested materials. Offloads deliveries and verifies against the vendor packing list and purchase orders. Operates forklift to move, store, and retrieve warehouse inventory. Issues warehouse inventory, fills material requests such as repair/constructions materials, plumbing, AC, and carpentry supplies and materials. * Documents receipt and disbursement of materials by entering data in AiM. Materials include fuel deliveries which are entered in FuelMaster Plus. * Stages special orders in designated warehouse space and tracks the release of these materials.
