Job Summary
The Tooling Receiver I will be responsible for accurately shipping and receiving materials to and from the warehouse. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain housekeeping of warehouse to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines
Adhere to all safety requirements when operating and maintaining heavy equipment at facility (indoor and outdoor)
Must verify all visitors/drivers have proper PPE when on shop floor
Prepare tooling shipments based on Bill of Lading (BOL), tooling systems, and communication with managers
Review of BOLs for accuracy of shipment and delivery
Receive BOLs from shipments and ensure they are properly documented in tooling systems
Safely offload tooling and materials from visitors/drivers
Coordinate with management and higher-level Tooling Receivers to stage kits for inspection and move kits and large Conex boxes when complete, where applicable
Communicate with logistic suppliers to verify shipments
Must be able to utilize tooling systems to accurately reflect kit status and supporting data
Prepare standalone extras for shipment, as needed
Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) kits before shipment, as needed
Organize and clear materials from forklift path and other common areas, including outside of facility
Labeling and loading of all Express shipments
Follow standard maintenance protocol to ensure compliance is always met
Complete required, annual safety training

Job Description:
The Warehouse Rental Lead is responsible for supporting the Rental Coordinator with all stock rental operations within their warehouse. Must adhere to warehouse safety protocols while working indoor and outside of the facility. Accurately document and communicate shipments and deliveries to ensure project schedules are upheld.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Maintain housekeeping of warehouse to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines
* Adhere to all safety requirements when operating and maintaining heavy equipment at facility (indoor and outdoor)
* Must verify all visitors/drivers have proper PPE when on shop floor
* Prepare tooling shipments based on Bill of Lading (BOL), tooling systems, and communication with managers
* Review of BOLs for accuracy of shipment and delivery
* Receive BOLs from shipments and ensure they are properly documented in tooling systems
* Safely offload tooling and materials from visitors/drivers
* Coordinate with management and higher-level Tooling Receivers to stage kits for inspection and move kits and large Conex boxes when complete, where applicable
* Communicate with logistic suppliers to verify shipments
* Must be able to utilize tooling systems to accurately reflect kit status and supporting data
* Prepare standalone extras for shipment, as needed
* Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) kits before shipment, as needed
* Organize and clear materials from forklift path and other common areas, including outside of facility
* Labeling and loading of all Express shipments
* Follow standard maintenance protocol to ensure compliance is always met
* Complete required, annual safety training
* Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
* Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
* Travel may be required
* May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization's core values.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience with large tools kits
* 1-2 years of experience with shipping and receiving
* Moderate computer knowledge and skills, including (but not limited to) operating systems, flash drives and memory cards
* Familiarity with inserting hyperlinks and tables on word processing applications
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including ability to conduct complex sorting, apply filters, and use different views on spreadsheets and databases
* Forklift certification
* Able to operate large forklift up to 40,000 pounds
* Strong team player attitude; maintaining flexibility within the changing business priorities
* Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills
* English Proficiency Required

Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.26 to $28.51. Employees may be eligible for overtime. Responsibilities
Unload inbound trucks, verify numbers and quantities, and stack boxes onto specific pallet patterns.
Drive a forklift and locate pallets into racks.
Work between Covington and Madison plants as needed.
Exercise safe lifting techniques when bending, lifting, and turning.
Accept materials for ethylene oxide sterilization.
Verify catalog numbers, lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates.
Complete JD Edwards transactions using IBM Data Collection scanners.
Assemble and build sterilization loads according to defined palatalization diagrams.
Place Biological Indicators (BI spores) into the sterilization load.
Initiate sterilization load record documentation.
Locate materials into pallet/BIN locations.
Operate inventory control system, where applicable.
Maintain an acceptable work area as outlined per procedure and Quality System Regulations.
Qualifications
Certified to operate a forklift and manual or automatic hand truck;must pass Lift Drivers Test.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and operational procedures/specifications.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from the supervisor.
High school diploma or GED required.
2-3 years of experience operating all material handling equipment, especially a stand-up fork truck (preferred).
Skills
Good oral and written communication skills in Basic English.
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.
Good logic and reasoning ability.
Physical Demands
Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel.
Occasionally required to stand, reach with hands and arms, and lift/move up to 30 pounds.

Work Environment
