* On a daily basis, associates will inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment.
* Associates will operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.

* Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate.

Key Responsibilities by Role:
Chucker / Orchard Operator
Unpack and prepare film products for the coating process based on the weekly production schedule
Insert 6” Tidland mandrel cores into paper cores
Load towveyor carts using an overhead hoist
Organize and prepare materials for entry into the coating line
Access and input product information using a computer terminal
Enter data to update inventory and product status
Prepare “DHO” rolls for shipment
Perform general warehouse maintenance and cleaning
Complete other duties as assigned
Triax Operator
Place coated film mill rolls into designated Triax storage areas
Use SAP and TelNet systems to log inventory movement and location
Determine appropriate storage type (heated or cold) for coated film
Pull rolls from storage and send them to the finishing area for slitting
Maintain a steady supply of coated film for all slitting machines
Print pallet and roll labels for master roll orders
General Requirements:
Access and navigate product information using a computer terminal
Pull inventory using a forklift (forklift experience preferred)
Operate warehouse equipment, including overhead hoists and pallet jacks
Maintain safety and cleanliness of work areas
Work independently with minimal supervision
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)
Basic computer literacy for inventory and production systems
Physically able to lift, move, and handle materials regularly
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience
Forklift operation experience or certification
Experience with SAP or TelNet inventory systems
Work Environment:
Standard warehouse conditions with temperature variations
Required PPE includes safety glasses, safety shoes, and gloves (as applicable)
