Core Responsibilities: Measure/prep ingredients as directed in the recipe. Cook or blend product specifications as required on the recipe. Document all lot code and quality checks using RedZone and Microsoft Dynamics AX (DAX) Set up equipment (fillers, cappers, kettles, pumps, piping, etc) & run assembly lines. Bottle/can finish goods to product specification. Ensure food safety throughout the facility (GMP's) as per SQF guidelines. Cleaning of the facility inside and the grounds outside. Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment as per SQF guidelines. Perform tasks as required to comply with the master sanitation plan for the facility including operating the facility floor scrubber, foaming equipment and/or walls, mopping, or other cleaning duties. Maintain workspace in a clean and organized manner. Documentation of cleaning results and issues that may arise. Other functions and duties necessary by direction of management Requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Active participation in the LME safety program. Abides by all internal policies. This includes GMP, attendance, productivity etc. Completes job related training in the timeframe allotted. Maintains a high level of productivity in complying with the position requirements. Documentation is up to date and accurate. Work is finished timely, and results meet or exceed the manager's expectations Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to follow directions • Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Preferred Qualifications: • Detail oriented with the ability to maintain accurate documentation. • Flexible work schedule and MUST be able to work weekends and some holidays.
