Our Warehouse Cleaning/Janitorial positions perform the following duties within designated work areas, as assigned at the beginning of each shift:
Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), office areas
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash
Ensure all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
Clean totes and other items
Some deep cleaning, as needed
Follow all safety and quality standards
Other basic janitorial duties as assigned
Requirements for our Warehouse Cleaning/Janitorial Positions:
Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift
Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
Background Check and Drug Test Required
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required)
Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)
KBS utilizes the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for accurate recording of employee work hours, attendance management, completion of required training, and distribution of important employment-related information. All non-exempt employees are required to download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out for their shifts and breaks. In accordance with applicable local laws, cell phone reimbursement is provided to support the use of personal devices for work-related tasks.

Collect and forward all delivery documentation to proper warehouse personnel for processing.
Load all transfer shipments, LTL, FTL, and parcel as required, including logical delivery order when needed, and verify count, labeling, shipment grouping.
Ensure full pallets are properly wrapped and staged in designed staging racks within the shipping area
Provide feedback to warehouse freight leads on truck or trailer capacity as soon as possible.
Assist the warehouse manager and other assigned personnel with product staging, inspection, counts, and consolidation in the shipping area and verify order accuracy, efficient pallet usage, and check-in process to a pallet license plate label.
Parcel
Check all parcel orders for accuracy, resolving and documenting any errors before shipment.
Package all parcel shipments to meet the servicing carrier's shipping guidelines, ensuring protection against damage. Apply appropriate identification labels and include correct documentation such as shipping labels.
Verify size, shape, and weight of parcel and compare against expected cost using cost tables or other means, ensuring cost expected meets cost incurred.
Complete all order processing and status updates in the Dancik system, and maintain data accuracy in the Shiplinx system when processing parcel shipments.
Print and include packing lists for all orders requiring documentation for accounting and customer records, including adding notes to orders to indicate relevant shipping information.
Provide shipping quotes for parcel requests and communicate necessary information via email to the appropriate personnel.
Monitor and manage inventory of packing supplies and notify supervisor when resupply is needed.
Deliver small packages to appropriate office personnel when required.
Special Shipments and Handling
Receive inbound shipments and perform required tasks to check-in material into inventory as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

The role of the Production Worker is to perform necessary functions in order to efficiently, safely, and correctly prepare and process raw material to prepare it for cooking or cut & package finished product in preparation for shipment to customer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB ACTIVITIES:
1. Pull orders. Skids must be properly stacked and wrapped after shipment. Follow all special instruction on picking ticket.
2. Prepare small package orders using the UOS/FedEx and BACICS systems.
3. Must maintain a minimum of 99% accuracy.
4. Complete all information on domestic picking tickets. Print correct BOL and Pallet tags and ensure all information is accurate/correct.
5. Load trucks. Ensure driver signs for pieces on acceptance of freight.
6. Operate forklift and electric pallet truck. Do performance checks daily. Notify supervisor of any mechanical problems with equipment.
7. Ensure accuracy of sign-out sheets. When product is removed or added to inventory, accurately record the information in the sign-out log.
8. Assist in the receiving of finished goods into stock by doing a physical and visual check looking for damaged products, correct product name, finished-goods part number, packaging, and quantity received. Assist in the repacking of all the damaged cartons when possible.
9. Put away finished goods while accurately completing move sheets, rotate stock as new items are received and shipped ensuring efficient cycling of inventory.
10. Assist with the inventory process of the finished goods warehouse (verify quantity and product codes), once monthly (last workday of month until finished) to maintain accurate product inventory levels.
11. Continually gain thorough knowledge of all Bell and Motomco products, their related packaging, marking requirements and proper packaging procedures.
12. Maintain accurate, legible and organized shipping records.
13. Be familiar with and follow safety rules and procedures including safety wear and emergency procedures.
14. Maintain a neat, orderly and clean department and work environment.
15. Mandatory overtime maybe required to meet shipment deadlines.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1st SHIFT: M-Th 6am-430pm
The role of the Production Worker is to perform necessary functions in order to efficiently, safely, and correctly prepare and process raw material to prepare it for cooking or cut & package finished product in preparation for shipment to customer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
General:
Follow daily production schedule and achieve specified goals.
Ensure product conforms to specifications.
Prevent and minimize rework and/or inedible.
May require working on taping machines, shrink wrap machines, pallet jacks, trash and recycling compactors.
Perform standard operating procedures of production and inspection functions as directed.
Successfully complete all necessary technical training and skills verification as directed.
Successfully complete all necessary soft skills training as directed.
Return from breaks in a timely manner; notify lead/foreman/supervisor before leaving the department.
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork as directed.
Attend all department and company scheduled meetings.
Works scheduled shift as assigned.
Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
Immediately report all accidents and deficiencies to the lead/foreman/supervisor.
Ensure safety devices are installed and working properly.
Suggest improvements; continuously improve the quality of all support activities.
Perform all required duties within OSHA and company safety standards.

Making pallets by stacking boxes onto pallets, preparing the pallet with cardboard wrapping, manually shrink wrapping, and pulling/pushing pallets with manual pallet jack.
