Secondary sources include scrap generated internally, scrap from metal fabricators, and scrap from consumer products. Job Requirements • Follow established safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment. • Receive and unload freight with sit-down forklifts, bobcat skid-steers, grappler style cranes and articulating front end loaders. • Record data and maintain receiving logs. • Weigh inbound and outbound materials using scales. • Visual copper inspections upon receipt to determine disposition. • Perform any other tasks as directed by the supervisor such baling, preparing for charges, cycle counting, and gather slag for shipments. • Housekeeping and organizational skills are required. • Responsible for carrying out proper procedures and taking accountability for your work. • Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
