Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm As an Inventory Control Associate at Crescent Electric's Regional Distribution Center, you will conduct all daily functions related to driving inventory accuracy. In this role, you will perform daily cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, inventory management processes, transactional duties in receiving, replenishment, picking, and auditing, and analysis of inventory discrepancies. You will use your problem-solving skills to investigate, verify, and correct inventory discrepancies and develop strategies to prevent future discrepancies. Primary Duties: Review customer returns and ensure these returns are processed in accordance with company operating procedures. Maintain an accurate inventory count of all products warehoused on daily, weekly, and/or monthly format, as required. Format and provide daily and weekly WIP/Inventory status reports, as needed. Assist the Inventory Control Manager with all inventory replenishment reports and inventory interactions with other departments and vendors. The INSTALLERS work under the Facilities Project Manager and when working in the warehouse you will report to the Warehouse Manager. This position travels to our warehouses across the Mid-West, South Central, and New England states. Our team of installers assist with setting up new warehouses, changing existing racking, moving product and racking installation and teardowns. Responsible for unloading and/or loading trucks, as well as picking/pulling and/or putting away tires/products. Being able to fill in when needed to drive a truck for delivery routes. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assemble and install racking according to the warehouse layout. Disassemble old racking; sort, bind and store by dimensions. Move and make changes to existing racking. Measure, outline and paint truck and farm area according to layout. Move product to new racking, according to new layout charting. Install signs and labels in bins, dock doors, etc. Responsible for unloading semi-trailers and/or assisting the loader for semi-trailers and route trucks. Use equipment and tools provided daily accurately and safely to verify, pull/pick, and put-away tires/products. Tires/products should be in designated locations with tags out and restocked as needed. Responsible for always working safely and following safety rules. Assist the Facilities Dept with light maintenance tasks Work in a warehouse when not traveling. Able to load route trucks Responsible for unloading truck efficiently, accurately and in organized manner. Work with and train temps or other employees assisting. (Level II) Ability to lead/train incoming team members (Level II) Cross train with the IT Department running cables, hanging camera's, door contacts, etc. (Level III) Ability to fill in for supervisor on a temporary basis (Level III) Actively participate in Leadership Development (Level III) Support company goals and uphold K&M Values. JOB TITLE: Small Mold Production Worker REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor FLSA: Non-exempt JOB SUMMARY: Performs all of the tasks in the operation of the production machines and presses at Accumold. Uses the quality systems and instructions that have been established to complete the assigned product. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains the presses to ensure quality parts. Monitors hoppers on the machine and keeps them adequately filled. Observes material levels in dryers. Following work instructions, checks the parts bins at regular intervals. Inspects product continuously to maintain highest quality parts. Measures parts and follows SPC procedures as required by work instructions and/or customer requirements. Promote efficient production practices by performing ongoing tasks such as cutting corner supports, making boxes, maintaining the integrity of raw material, etc. Communicate production problems with lead people or management as needed. Other duties as required. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Education/Experience . High school education coursework or GED required.
