Organization & Material Handling Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to allow quick and efficient access to plumbing materials and supplies. Unbox, sort, and store goods in designated locations according to Stancil company standards. Organize and label shelving, bins, and overhangs to support accurate material retrieval. Retrieve and prepare items for shipment or field pickup following proper packing and handling standards. Customer and Field Support Communicate with production and field managers to ensure needed products, parts, and materials are available when required. Accurately maintain the company inventory database, including stock levels and updates to warehouse items. Support field staff by preparing orders and retrieving items efficiently and reliably. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Education, Experience, and Training: High school diploma or equivalent (GED, college coursework, technical/trade school transcript, or foreign equivalent). Motivated, collaborative, and able to work well with others. Strong supervisory and leadership skills (original requirement; preserved verbatim). Willingness to embrace change in a growing company. Forklift experience preferred. Standards of Performance: Maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (preferred). Maintain accurate typing, recordkeeping, and inventory documentation. Prioritize daily tasks and solve problems quickly to support field operations. Provide a high level of customer service when preparing or shipping items for internal teams. Uphold reliability, organization, and professionalism when working independently or with others. Working Environment and Conditions: Work performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, including heat above 90°F, cold below 32°F, and outdoor conditions. Requires frequent walking, standing, climbing, reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, or handling objects and tools. Requires ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds. Requires extended periods of physical activity, including standing for prolonged periods. Requires regular use of hands for inventory handling, sorting, equipment operation, and material control.
