This position will have primary focus on day-to-day operational support of the Warehouse Financing business. Display knowledge of Warehouse Financing Solutions including collaboration with Technology and Product Support teams.
Essential Job Functions:
+ The incumbent owns the process of prioritizing and troubleshooting client questions, including communicating status clearly and proactively keeping the client apprised.

Qualifications/ Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in an Associate level role or external equivalent.
+ 5+ years related industry experience and/or training preferred
+ Knowledge of mortgage warehouse lending; including the use and support of the ProMerit technology platform, operational activities, and client services.
+ Proficient knowledge of ProMerit functionality and use cases or ability to learn ProMerit quickly.
+ Proficient skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, WLS and ProMerit (preferred)

$57,000.00 - $108,000.00
Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of automotive parts and ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and efficiently processed.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and document incoming parts and materials.
Prepare and package automotive parts for shipment, ensuring proper handling and packaging standards.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts in the inventory management system.
Coordinate with vendors and freight carriers to manage shipping logistics.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Perform regular inventory counts and assist in stock replenishment.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal teams and customers regarding parts availability and order status.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Previous experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, is preferred.
Proficient in using computers and inventory management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Description
* Receives and stores steel coils as received. Maintains coil inventory in organized manner and takes a physical inventory count as required.
* Stack specified configuration of trays or boxes on pallet and move pallet to the pallet wrapper.
* May operate machine punch press in safe and efficient manner.
* Operates industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
* Mounts coils on presses and checks coil during operator's initial run of parts.
* Checks presses for oil and coolants and fills as necessary.
* Keeps daily record of coils that are ran and those that are rejected.
* Assists with inventory of finished goods and raw materials in stock as required.
* Lifts heavy objects by hand or with power hoist, and cleans work area, machines, and equipment to assist machine operators.
* Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma/GED preferred
* Minimum of 1 year of sit-down industrial related forklift experience preferred
* Experience working in production environment
* Ability to carry out instructions
* Demonstrate a willingness to cooperate in a team environment
* Basic mathematical skills
* Must have ability to lift up to 50 lbs
